Bio and Links
Bio Photo I became interested in genealogy while trying to find out the name of my great great grandmother. I found her name, but still haven't been able to locate her place of burial. My information here has come from walking many cemeteries and hand recording the information. I love the idea of helping someone locate their lost loved ones. If you find any errors, please let me know so I can change the information.

If I have recorded a family member of yours, please contact me so that I can transfer ownership. PLEASE do not ask for transfers unless you are a family member. When you send the transfer request please tell me your relationship to the memorial. If there is no relationship info, I won't transfer. I don't add census information to memorials, but I will link family members if you provide proof of relationship. I used to approve all edits sent to me, but I've found so many errors through my own research that I've stopped doing that. Thanks for understanding.

I have confirmed with the cemetery office that Virgil Rumble does not have headstone. Would you like a photo of the burial site? Let me know.

John Mccrarey 1909
I'm sorry to say the Oak Hill Cemetery office didn't find any records for another John McCrarey or McCrery or McCrary. I did however photo headstones for Elizabeth McCrarey Born 1864 Died 1897, and for children Elizabeth and William. If you'd like those photos please let me know an email address I can send them to.

Are you looking for 2 different people named John Mccrarey in Oak Hill Cemetery? I only see the one in the database with a death date of 9/1906.

Would consider a transfer of that memorial. I am a close friend of their family, but they are having a difficult time placing you in the family tree. Might you consider a bit more of your place in the family and I will pass it on to them. Don was a good friend of mine.

RE: James Sampson Woodall
Hello there cousin! James S. Woodall & wife Mary Jane are my 4th Great Grandparents and their daughter Matilda Jane married my 2nd great grandfather John Henry Jennings. They in turn had a son named James Buford Jennings who married Ora Lee Boswell and they are my great grandparents. Their daughter Sarah Lovie Jennings married my grandfather William Bryant Yates. So this is how my linage carries on from the Woodall's.
