Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am on this site to start finding family members on both sides of my family. I'll volunteer to do photos to help other find people in there family tree when it's hard for them to come out.

Lucky I'm not the only one wanting to volunteer. My wife to be Amy is also willing to come out the cemeteries look for headstones. It gets us out of the house and we enjoy doing something good for others.

We try to take at least two photos of each headstone, one close-up and one area. We feel that way if you make the trip out to see the grave yourself, that you can go off the photos instead of getting lost trying to find it.

If we take a photo of a headstone and want the original shot or wanted printed on photo paper, please contact us and we will set something up.

If you would for us to personal take the photos, please email us directly. We really would mind.

So Many Pics
I wish Find A Grave would notify us when a new pic is posted. Thanks for everything, including Hedeman.

RE: Borst Markers
Thanks again. Volunteers like you are the backbone of findagrave and help so many of us find family. The Borsts were from Pennsylvania so the rest of the family is there. Ella and William didn't have children. Charles and Amy's children moved away. William Wallace Borst's two other children moved far away so they are buried elsewhere. So these are my only family graves in Colorado.

RE: Borst Markers
Thanks. I got my dates from a cousin so it will be good to have a better photo of the markers to compare with. That's why findagrave is so valuable. I would really appreciate you uploading the markers.

RE: Borst Markers
That's terrific! Through my research I have become very fond of my Borst relatives who ended up in Colorado. They were prominent enough that I have learned a lot about them. Since I probably won't be in Colorado any time soon as I live on the East Coast it is so wonderful to be able to see their markers through Findagrave.

Borst Markers
Thank you so much for uplaoding the pictures of the Borst markers and showing them with the other Borst markers in the back row. Amy Garver Borst (Charles's wife) and William Chalmers Borst (Ella's husband)had not been put on Findagrave but I had suspected that they must be next to their spouses. I have now added them to Findagrave. I truly appreciate you taking the time to do a random kindness for a stranger.
