Bio and Links
Bio Photo Looking to save not just the names and dates, but the history.

The family lines I am researching: Nagel, Brigham, Kleinfeldt, Gerber, Hiegert, Scheick and others.

How I ended up with all those veterans: The cemetery my paternal Great Grandmother is in lost her. They had it narrowed down to a section, however one day she was in the north end the next she was in the south. We spent over four hours searching. While we were there, I ran into a cat who was hanging out at one particular grave. (On the marker actually) I approached and the cat took off but stopped about twenty feet away and watched me. The grave marker that seemed to be of interest to the cat happened to belong to an Army veteran. I am not superstitious but if there was going to be a sign this would be it. So I started shooting the markers of any veterans I could find, and any obvious relatives. By the way did I mention it was Armed Forces Day?

Thank you!
Thank you for the obit you sent. I was wondering . . . did you want that Daughtery memorial transferred (I think that was the one)? I never received a request, so thought I would check.

Re: Elaine Leyva marker pic
Jeanne, the volunteer was a bit premature in taking the pic, LOL. I didn't ask for it because Elaine just died 3/18/13 and it was too soon for her dates to be engraved. I'll make another request for a close-up of Elaine's name and dates when they are put on the stone.

Bergl Photo
Hello, Today I posted a photo for Leonard Bergl. At the site I found a number of Bergl graves and a large cross. If you create the memorials for these I will post the photos. Otto. d. 1973, Joseph d. 1950, Mary d. 1945, Jacob d. 1931, Emanuel d. 1952, and Mary d. 1985. I did not find a stone for his wife Etta. I can post the phot of the cross on that site if you like.

Grave Photos etc
You do not request a photo from the Edit tab... you will want to request a photo from the memorial page. There is a box to click to request a photo.
---
I have added the plot number to the memorial and it will print on your requests for a photo to be taken.
---
I am not related (as far as I know - smile) and if you are the person related to her and would like me to transfer the memorial to you...just send a request through the Edit tab and I will transfer her memorial to you.
