Bio and Links
Bio Photo I live in Harrison Township, MI (suburb outside of Detroit), and have been working on my family tree and my husbands family tree for about 10 years now. I love using cemetery records to enhance my trees and am always excited at the prospect of meeting these important family members for the first time.

My main family branches are Kargol, Boda, Sobieski, Narkiewicz, Szczesny, Lempicki, Roman, Marchik and Hapanowicz, and are for the most part, from Poland and Slovakia, immigrating to Pennsylvania and then on to Hamtramck (Detroit) MI. My husband's family are immigrants to Ontario, Canada from Ireland, England and Scotland and they are Casey, Heffernan, Fitzgerald, Gray, Pallister and Marvel families.

Pictures on my memorials are from my personal family albums. Please do not use without an okay from me first. I have seen pictures taken from my memorials used without permission and sometimes used incorrectly. Please, ask first.

RE: Broad Top Cemetery
I like doing the pictures and recording the cemeteries and it is much nicer when someone like you and ancestry-detective have the memorials added. All I do is add pics.

You're welcome! I'm sorry I was unable to help you. If you find more info on where she may be, I'd be willing to try again.

RE: Boguszewski
I'm sorry. I could not find Veronica Bogus (Boguszewski) anywhere at St. Joseph's Cemetery. I found Jacob Boguszewski (1858 - 1930) and (2 rows back) Vicinti Boguszewski (1928-1939) but those were the only 2 Boguszewsi's and I could not find any for Bogus. There were 3 stones completely worn which were unreadable, and 1 stone had fallen over (6 rows before Jacob's, and appeared to be a "newer" stone) and was too heavy for me to pick up to return it to it's proper place. One of those might have been for Veronica. I'm sorry I was unable to help you with this request.

RE: Boguszewski
Thank you for the added information. As I previously wrote, I only remember the one stone for Boguszewski but I do not recall seeing a picture on it. Right across the road from St. Joseph's is a very large cemetery named the Immaculate Conception Cemetery. Could she be there? I will head out shortly to double check on the one I found at St. Joseph's.

RE: Veronica Bogus
I did find one stone with the name Boguszewski on it but I do not believe the first name was Veronica. I believe it was a male. I will double check on this tomorrow.

I took this photo with my iPad and uploaded it, but it loaded upside down. I have no idea why. Can you turn it over? Sorry. Erik
