Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am so grateful for all of the help I have found with my own genealogy research, that I am hopeful to help others with theirs.

I truly enjoy my cemetery visits and the family stories I learn along the way. If I can be of assistance to you on your search, please feel free to email me at jenniferfarmer@me.com (please put some sort of cemetery or genealogy reference in the subject line so I don't lose your email in the junk filter).

The memorials I have posted come from a few sources. I find & format cemetery records, city records, and records found online from other sources (such as rootsweb) as well as transcriptions from my own personal visits to local cemeteries.

In reposting the transcriptions of others, I, in no way, wish or seek to take credit for their hard work - I simply wish to continue to spread the gifts of their efforts and get them out for exposure to as many researchers as possible. I am truly humbled by the great works of transcribers who have gone before me, and am forever grateful for their works.

If you find errors in the data that I have posted, PLEASE let me know. Accuracy is very important in research and I would seek to update and correct any incorrect data I may have posted.

RE: Mary Orr
Her Maiden name was Mary Ann Cooper, her father was James Madison Cooper born about 1814 (do not know when he died) in North Carolina, her mother was Elizabeth Ann (don't know her maiden name or when she died) also of North Carolina. I first found them in the 1850 census. The last census I found Elizabeth in was 1870, the last census I found James Madison in was in 1880. The reason I knew about them is my father who died at 91 years in 2012 knew his great grandmother Martha Ann Hill Dennison Floyd very well, he was able to give me a verbal family history. I was then able to find out a lot about them. He of course didn't have birth and dates of deaths but was able to tell me about them and our relationships to them. Mary Ann was first Mary Ann Cooper, then married to Elisha Allen Hill (they were evidently divorced but all of the court papers for Hernando County, Florida were burned in 1877), then married to Daniel Orr. Probably more than what you wanted to know, but wanted you to understand the relationships. Also are you a relative of the Coopers, Hills, Frizzells or Dennisons? The County Line Cemetery is my families private Cemetery and a lot of my relatives are buried there. Thanks for updating her information.
