RE: Turbett's
Is this Turbett a relative or family a subject of your geneology studies. I would be more than willing to transfer that memorial to you if you have interest. I only created it as I was fulfilling your photo request.

Please note the addition of a new memorial for another Turbett in that cemetery. R Jacobsen

RE: Wilson Neumann photo
No, I forgot to look. I already made myself a note to go back by there next time I go, next week, and check that, for other relatives I mean.

RE: Wilson Wilmer Lui Neumann
Hi,
OK, thanks for letting me know. I will probably get Wilson next week when I can claim more location look ups.
When I find someone I always look around an area to see if anyone else looks like they might be related but sometimes a married sister or married daughter could be right next to someone with a different last name and I would not know if they were than related or not. I will look.
I am curious why you left the Wilmer name on Wilson's page. Do you have some proof that his middle name was Wilmer because I do not see a single thing anywhere that Wilson had the name Wilmer in his name.
Thanks,
Nathan

Wilson Wilmer Lui Neumann
Hi,
I sent you some edits on Wilson Neumann. Do you know about the new edit system on Find A Grave yet? You have to get onto your profile page and at the top of that page are three tabs. You have to click on the edit tab and that opens a window where it shows if anyone has sent you any edits that need to be made. Maybe you already know this?
Anyway, you sent a request for pictures of Wilson Neumann's grave.
I am only allowed to make a very few requests from this cemetery a week that he is buried in. I sent in a request a week ago and got a location back but when I went and found the grave I was surprised to find the name was Wilson Neumann and not Wilmer Neumann.
I cleaned the gravestone up and got pictures anyway. When I got home I looked at your request and then saw that things did not match up.
Believe it or not, there is a Wilmer G. Neumann and his wife buried in Lincoln Memorial who is not much different in age than your Wilson "Neumann".
What happened was the cemetery office person saw my request as Wilmer Wilson Neumann and they just found this Wilmer Neumann and figured that is who I wanted.
Your Wilson Neumann is not Wilmer Wilson Neumann at all. Somebody got two different people all rolled together into one or something?
Wilson never went by Neumann. He always went by Neuman with one n. He is in the State of OR death index as Neuman with one n. He is in his funeral notice as Neuman with one n. He is in the WW1 draft registration way back in 1917 as Neuman with one n. I looked and looked and could not find him anywhere as Neumann with 2 n's.
That is what through the cemetery office off. If I had known this I would have sent them the right name request since I am quite certain now that Wilson is in the cemetery records as Neuman with one n.
I can't make a request for his location now until next week since I have already made my location requests for this week. I am going to have to resend them a request for a location for him. This cemetery is a huge cemetery and they do not like being pestered all the time for locations since it takes up a lot of their time.
You will have to resubmit a picture request for Wilson when you make the corrections to his page that need to be made and I will eventually get back out there and find the right Mr Neuman for you.
For whatever reason Wilson chose to go by Neuman and not Neumann like his father and the rest of his family. Who knows why?

The Wilmer Neumann I found had never been added to Find A Grave so I added him and his wife and put the pictures I took on their pages. This is the Find A Grave # for Wilmer Neumann= 140039777
Thanks,
Nathan

You're welcome, but it was unseasonably warm so it was a pleasure to get out there today.

RE: Martin Carl Nelson
If you would like to transfer, it would be nice. He is a distant cousin but I could manage him and his wife until someone closer comes along. It' up to you. Thank you very much. MJ

When you have a moment could you please check your edits and update info from there. It's easy to do. I would like to have Martin linked to his parents and siblings. Thank you for you time on this. MJ
