If your heart feels heavy,
It may be weighted down,
With the many precious gems
You fail to pass around.
Diamonds are the loving words
You always leave unsaid.
Rubies are the seeds of joy
That you refuse to spread.
Emerald are the helping hands
Only offered grudgingly.
Sapphires are alms not given
To ease a fellowman's need.
Changing won't be easy
And it may even smart.
When you begin to mine those gems
Embedded in your heart.
It will take a lot of practice
Each and every day,
Learning that neglected art
Of giving yourself away.
First there'll be a secret fear
You may be refused,
Or sometimes deep resentments
That you are being used.
But as you sow your precious gems
Along life's many miles,
You'll notice how they sparkle
In people's happy smiles.
And your heart that was so heavy
Will grow to twice its size,
But be as light as a bird in flight
As it soars up to the skies.

"Transfers: I am not one of
those people who refuse to
transfer in or out of guidelines.
State up front how and why you
feel you should be the manager
of the memorial. I will use
my discretion, but as a general
Ask and ye shall receive, unless
you're 1 of those people who don't
transfer out of guidelines".
(I borrowed this from T.V.F.T.H)
If you are one of those people
the above poem is for you,
please read it and take it to
heart. I also don't like
veiled threats. So please don't
do that. It is so ugly.
For transfer request, please go
to edit. It will make it
easier for both of us.
If you have sent a correction
addition etc. please be patient,
and give me thirty days, to take
care of your request.
I am going to remove my e-mail
address, as I continue to receive
thru there, rather than thru edit
as I have requested above. Please
be sure to include the memorial
number as it is time consuming to
for members to have to look it up,
when you could just as easily send it.
Please do not post a death certificate
or an obituary in the photo section
on any of the memorials I manage.
The obituary should be typed and
submitted to be entered in the bio.
We want the memorials of those we
loved to be as nice as possible.

Appreciate the reply.

I believe your memorials for Robert Riley Roddy in Bullard Cemetery (Find A Grave Memorial# 109732168) and in Elm Grove Cemetery (Find A Grave Memorial# 109729172) are duplicates of his memorial in Thompson Cemetery (Find A Grave Memorial# 69425093), which was created prior to your memorials. I visited his gravesite at Thompson Cemetery today and photographed his headstone there, so I think your memorials have him located in the wrong place. Would you mind removing them when you get a chance? Thank you!

Olive Lucretia Foat's maiden name was Elmendorf . Her sister Dorothy Elmendorf was the Chapman. When you get time, thank you for correcting this. I am descended from their sister Margaret Elmendorf Rogers who is buried in Jefferson Co. WI place unknown. Their father was John F. Elmendorf who is buried at Manning, Vernon Co. WI. The mother was Elizabeth Youmans who died in Erie Co. NY. burial place unknown.

Would you please check on this? Your Memorial # 102536918 may be a duplicate of Memorial # 63705977. Thank you!

I started a photo transcription of Mt Calvary back in 2006. I live in California, though my family plot is at Mt Calvary. I will look through your many records and see if I can add photos to them.
Thanks for the time and effort to input these memorials. My goal has been to get back to Cambridge and finish photographing and updating my GenWeb inputs, but it just hasn't been possible.
My best to you.

Saw your memorial on Hickory Grove cemetery for Elizabeth Sutton and need to make correction.
William & Elizabeth Britton are parents of Francis Britton Vaughn wife of Otis Vaughan, and my gggrandparents.
Otis & Francis are buried at Hickory Grove. However, William & Elizabeth are buried in the Honey Creek cemetery in Rochester WI not at Hickory Grove.
Wondering if this could be:
Franz Fleming: 1843 -1932,
husband of: Margaretha Fleming: 1847-1938
father of: Franz Fleming: 1888-1974 (husband of: Margaret Fleming 1884-1969).
Dan Fleming ?-?, possibly son of Franz (1888-1974) & Margaret (1884-1869), His dates 1915-1915.
Franz (1888) is the brother of my Great-Grandmother, Maria Fleming Hiebert (Findagrave# 72188260).

You contacted me about a year ago concerning these people. If you are still looking for information please contact me.
|Dawn Harwood||Clair and Evelyn Kidman|
I saw that you had created find a grave pages for both Clair and Evelyn Kidman of Green Lake, WI and was wondering if you knew them personally. My mother, sister and I bought numerous dolls from them in the mid to late '70's and very early '80's when my sister and I were teenagers. We are in the process of settling my mother's estate and we are trying to track down someone who possibly has a list of the doll molds they used so we can identify the Kidman dolls my mother owned. We know the Clair and Evie did not have any children, but any possible information you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
