Hi, I am a native Austinite and have been interested in cemeteries for quite awhile. I enjoy wandering around looking at the headstones. It took my brothers death on June 29, 2012 to create my first memorial here. I also enjoy motorcycles, tattooing, photography and travel.|
Leftridge is my adopted name. I dont know who my biological father is. Names on my Moms side are Howard,Loflin,Darnell,Marsh, Inge, Bodenhamer,and Beason. Thats all I've come up with so far. I have found a living cousin here, Dori Chrisp, who has been very helpful.
If you have time, please visit my Great Grandmothers memorial. My Grand dad and brother are right below.
Gertrude Iverna Loflin
Mervyn Francis Howard
Douglas Monroe Leftridge

|Rhonda C. Poynter & Friends||Hi! =)|
I jumped back over here because something was bugging me, and then I realized when I got back over to your page that I had forgotten to visit your brother and other names to the left. That's how bad my vision is, now - I have the Lincoln Continental of shades that I wear every waking minute, now, and that has helped my being able to 'cut down' the light and glare, which are both ominous for me...but the new glasses don't help my blind side, and if I'm too tired - or flaky - to to turn my head, yep, I miss some of the computer screen right in front of me. I think I am just falling apart sometimes, I'll tell you. ha! I did remember the quote you had on your brother's page about looking to the sky and the West, though, and thought he'd like the token I chose this time...and I visited the others, too. Anyhow, re transfer of pages - if the person who put them UP on the site has gone on Home, then FGrave usually takes over their pages unless the member set things up beforehand, to have a friend or family member 'take them over'...you can message administration and ask whether you could take whatever page it is over. Is that what you meant? I know that I have sponsored a couple of pages without knowing that the person who originally listed them has passed on, and FG immediately switched management to me...which is fine. I don't know whether that was coincidental or not...but let me know if you meant something different? Anyhow, good to hear from you, too - I have basically been behind for a year on here, but I'm trying to get caught up - have a good holiday weekend, and stay in touch. Hugs, RCP and Gannon Blue
|Rhonda C. Poynter & Friends||Thank You! =)|
Thank You for visiting my pages - I am always behind on my own visiting, but I just went over to your small cemetery and will send some other folks that way...I didn't realize that we hadn't visited or highlighted anything for you! I am a little back to my fighting strength after the last year; health issues and my mom's loss really just had me down for the count, but enough sitting around... I always say I'm like tornado warnings in Illinois summer - I'll keep coming back round til everyone's sick of me. ha! Anyhow, lots of love and take care - Hugs, RCP and Gannon Blue

Thank you for leaving tokens on my parents' and late husband's memorials. Your thoughtfulness is heart-warming.

OK to ask! I think it's sweet what you did - honoring your mom and all, and I apologize if my humor was inappropriate or anything.

Cool! Thanks for thinking of me. What a great story, too

After the Gertrude Loflin name put a < /a> I put a space between the < and the a take the space out. Same with the Mervyn Howard name put a < /a> take the space out between the < and the a and put them closer

|Joyce||RE: Thanks Joyce|
It was my pleasure. I've done that myself. I'm glad you straighten it out.
On your bio page, you have 'My grandfather' which is underlioned, and 'my dear brother' underlined. If people click on those two lines, it comes up wrong. Where you have the link for Gertrude Loflin, in the edit bio page, put a after her name. Same with the Mervyn Howard name, put a adter the name. This way it won't interfer with the 'My grandfather' or 'and mt dear brother' quotes. They should not be underlined. I hope that helps you

...Mike. I love the short, simple sentiment that you said today for Audie Murphy, for his birthday, and I couldn't agree more. It was so true, he was "a man among men"...
Have a great weekend.
