NATIONAL CEMETERIES

Obituaries are welcome and encouraged. They are a great help to genealogists and serve as excellent biographical place holders until family shows up to write an original, personalized biography.
Send the complete & unedited obituary, along with the date and name of publication, through the "Sugest any other" edit function. It will be placed on the memorial quickly.

RE: Blue Skies
You're very welcome. I really appreciate your encouragement so much. I do love those blue skies and I try to get some of it in my backgrounds whenever possible. We are expecting a fresh coating of snow on Tuesday. Keep those requests coming and thanks for all your hard work on the vets memorials.

You're very welcome. I committed to taking the pix two weeks ago but there was a layer of ice on top of the snow which made it too hazardous. Didn't get the greatest shot today between the shadow, sinking stone and the snow. Laura

RE: Jean Maund
William George Maund #140728148 was my uncle. I grew up with Randy and was very close to Bill's family.

I've added a monument here that you might be able to help with since it falls in one of your areas of expertise, SP AM WAR. Alfred Johnson #142724373. I've verified that he is in secion L by one of the monuments behind his. Info is sparse. No Alfred Johnsons buried in section L listed on the Nat Cemetery Administration site.
