Thank you for the information regarding the memorial for Julia Cross. I have made the notation that her grave is unmarked.
Ida Fant was Julia's daughter and I see that she is linked to her memorial.
Your help is always appreciated!

Yes I have seen some abandoned cems., where the last markers should probably be moved to nearby, larger, safer cems., as is sometimes done. One example is the Ish Cem. southeast of Aldie, Loudoun Co.: several of the names already have relatively new inscriptions/markers in the Sharon Cem. in Middleburg. But I do not know what procedures would be needed. Hope to visit the VA Room in Fairfax soon. AlPol.

Thank you for the transfer of the William Walker mem. in Great Falls. Although not related I am delving into No. Va. localities, cems., and families. AlPollard.

Is actually Delos Bennett Sackett Jr.. I'll leave his memorial up long enough for you to get that information, and then I'll delete, as he's likely interred in Cape Vincent, NY.

THANK you for the great photo of L. Rudy's headstone! Hoping it can answer some ancestor questions.

Could this person possibly be James L. Sherman's wife?

Thanks for the transfer, I will take good care of the memorial. It did come a bit as a surprise though.
