I am a native of Southern California, and have lived in Idaho, Alabama, New York, and for the past 16 years in Asheville, N.C. Happily married and the proud mother of two sons. I work in the medical profession, but outside of work my main hobby is genealogical reasearch, which I have been engaged in since 1996.|
Any photo's/info. which I have added to memorials may be used by other's for their own family trees, and if anyone should have any questions regarding the memorials I have created or added to, please let me know!!

I just found another marriage record for Drennan. Again his parents are Dallas Wilson and Nell Arnold. On 23 January, 1947 he married Frances Belle Houston. He and the first wife divorced in 1943. Take care.
|Tina Near||Dallas Clifford Wilson|
Hi there. Thank you so much for all the work you do to create these wonderful memorials. I found your memorial for Dallas Clifford Wilson, # 32410552, at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. I have a connection to one of his sisters. I saw your comment regarding his first wife Nellie A. (maiden name unknown). Today I found a marriage record for their son Drennan Clyde Wilson on the Family Search site. On 21 January,1938 in Jefferson, Alabama Drennan married Norma M Hammond. The marriage record gave the parent names and for Drennan they were Dallas C Wilson and Nell ARNOLD. Again, thank you for all you do. Tina Nix Near

I'm not related. I'll transfer if you want.

Looking forward to your call! You can call anytime. I can run over to the computer and open up the tree that I developed. I do believe I have figured out the mother of Eunice. She would have been the only daughter of Branson that could have been the mother. I found her death certificate indicating she died from tuberculosis. Though her married name was Florence, I believe she could have been married to a Hughes. I brought in all of Branson de lis children. I added all the census records with married spouses to the tree. Call me.

Lovely getting your note. ...
|A Family Who Loves Genealogy||Hello there|
Lovelyyour note! I will get on your question immediately on Monday! I usually start a family tree so I can start adding documents to the tree in order to figure out the missing parents. I'm typing this from my phone right now. Will look forward to helping you next week after the weekend. We will figure it out one way or the other!
Mary's older sister Augusta also died at 104.
I linked her to Minnie and Benjamin also.
#1177937 Augusta Short
I have no idea where the other sister, Jean, is since I never knew her married name.
Vice Admiral Wallace B. Short died at 103. I am going to do a memorial for him.
Mary joked about their longevity being due to the fact that they were "Short" "White" people.
They all had a great sense of humor. :o)

|Margaret||Minnie White Short|
Minnie Short's daughter, Mary was my "other mother" for many years. I have just added a memorial for her and linked her to Minnie and Benjamin. If you would like to read it,
she is Mary E. Short Burroughs #54998450.
