I am a great lover of family history. I am interested in the Butts, McFarling, Webster, Holt, Turner, Everett, Kimbrough, Dill, Strader and Burch families of Caswell County and the Coley, Spence, Wray, Wright, Blackwell and Green families of southern Virginia. If you have any family history information or old photos from these families please feel free to contact me, also if I can help you with your research. If you are interested in using any of the graveyard photos I have taken in your family tree on ancestry or anywhere else please feel free to do so, that is what I have taken and posted them for!

RE: Harry McFarling
You are more than welcome, I don't manage that memorial so I could not add the suggestions you made. The volunteer who does manage it though is very quick to respond which I went and looked and they have already acted upon your suggestions. Have a great day glad I could help.

Billy E Simmons grave
When taking photos of graves of William & Bessie Simmons there was another grave. It was of Billy E Simmons 1926 - 1948.
I took a photo of the headstone. If you want to post a memorial I will be happy to add the photo.

Need Your Guidance
Regarding your last SAC. Please let me know if I should or should not add "his" name & dates to the memorial or just include "his" data in the Bio. Do you know why the "items" were removed? Sounds like something one of my many passive aggressive cousins would do - just because... Hope you can enjoy this beautiful day.

HOOPER, Rufus & family
I am getting ready to post the photo of Rufus Jackson Hooper's grave marker you requested. I took photos of markers in the entire
family plot and posted them on the individual findagrave memorials: Large family plot in Section G plot 1032 contains graves of: Conrad Sidney Hooper, Jackson L Hooper, Elizabeth Overton Hooper, Connie S. Hooper, Elizabeth Hooper Beel, Mary H Hooper, and Rufus Jackson Hooper. Many of the markers are very difficult to read. Rufus is the only one with an upright marker.

Leah Turner Yates
I found some Yates deeds online for purchase of lots of the Pinnix property in Pelham but they are not relevant. My guess would be Leemont with John. Does Leemont have an office where you can verify burials? With her parents in Mountain Hill or children seems like the only other logical options. Was she living with one of her children in Danville at the time of her death? Please keep me posted.
