Bio and Links
Bio Photo This is a fun and interesting hobby for me, as well as a great way to perform a meaningful community service to others. Someday I hope to have more free time to devote to it.

In fairness to those who may have closer ties to a memorial, please read the Transfer Guidelines prior to requesting a transfer. I will make exceptions if I am personally doing work for you. You do not need to "manage" every memorial that is part of your family tree. Remember that this site is for locating burials, not building a tree. There are other websites that are more suitable for that purpose. I will be happy to make any links and corrections. PLEASE use the SAC feature ("Edit" tab). Please do not ask me to do links to any "Burial Unknown". Do your homework, first. Please feel free to add photos where appropriate, as you do not need to manage the memorial to add photos.

I will not cut and paste raw data from census records, death indices, etc. A nicely written bio is preferable.

Please consider using the "virtual cemetery" feature on this site to keep track of relations.

Since March 2013 I have taken over management of memorials in Inglewood Park Cemetery from Chris Mills. Please continue to send suggestions for corrections using the "Edit" tab and I will get to them as soon as I can.

Please have your messages enabled if you want to correspond with me. I will not use my personal e-mail on this site. If you ask for a transfer but your messages have been disabled, I will delete your request.

In the message above I meant "husband's" aunt, not "cousin's". Sorry

I appreciate you taking the time to go get the photograph of this tombstone. I believe that this is my great grandmother. I really appreciate you doing this for me. Zen

I am having a problem finding my hard copy of my walking Prattsburgh cemetery. If what I put down didn't come from the end of my notes, then I saw the stone. If it was from the end of my note, then I got it from the steuben co. historians office on Cemeteries and the burials that they have listed. I will try to find my house is in disarray because we are in the middle of remodeling.
