RE: Ranch Cemetery (Manette)
Thanks for sharing what you have Sue. I am glad that you have made memorials for these babies. When doing some work for findagrave locally here in Bremerton I ran across those memorials and wondered if they were long ago abandoned graves. Glad to hear family is still close. I love the volunteer work that I do helping reunite family. Take care.

RE: Ranch Cemetery (Manette)
very interesting info Sue.
Would you be willing to share where the location is ? I wouldn't go there, but am curious as to where it might be. I too am sure that this was quite common place. I had a grandmother whose baby sister died on the wagon train from the east coast and they buried her on the trail where the wheels from the wagons traveled so that wild animals wouldn't find her. Were these relatives of yours or just someone you happened upon doing research ?

Wilson Ranch Cemetery (Manette)
I lived in the Manette area from 1945 - 1963 and still live locally in Bremerton.
I saw the listing for the babies buried in the above cemetery and wondered if you have any knowledge as to where this is. I find no record of it in any history books and just wonder if they were buried on a farm in the area. Any info you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
I am curious as to how you obtained the info.

RE: photo request
Amy and I were looking together yesterday, and she knows the cemetery really well, so you can be pretty confident of what we found. Sorry we couldn't be more successful!
