RE: Annie Quinn
I am under the impression Bud and Annie had no children. Bud's father William Pinkney Quinn married (2nd time) Mrs Sarah Parker. I wonder if she had a daughter Josie who might have lived with Bud and Annie?

I am emailing you my address. I appreciate any documents you have that help fill in some blanks. THANKS!!

Bud Quinn
Bud lived with his older sister Mary Quinn Alexander and her husband James when he was very young. I don't know if they raised him the entire time but evidently his mother Emily Jane Quinn died when he was very young or maybe at his birth, I am not sure.

RE: James P
Yes! He lived with my great-aunt and -uncle Earl and Effie after he became and widower and eventually lost everything during the depression. He once owned a farm and a store from what I was told.

Bud Quinn was my mother's uncle. She grew up with him and related the stories. His mother Emily Jane Quinn died when he was a very young child.

RE: Annie Quinn
Sorry I am so late. With vacations and etc I haven't been on as much as usual.

Bud Quinn was my great-grandmother's younger brother. He married Annie. They had a farm in Gwinnett Co but after Annie died, Bud lost all his money and ended up living with some relatives. It was the depression and they could not afford to keep him with them so he lived the rest of his live on the pauper farm in Dekalb Co, GA (these are things my mother remembered and passed along to me). I've always been interested in finding out more about Annie. My current email address is talk2medoc@aol.com I will mail sent there. Thanks, Wanda

Yes, it's been a while I need to go over it again!
Our Joshua Ballew 1771, married Agnes Sherrill 1781.
I remember a David but I didn't realize two Ballews married two Sherrills! Shoot we may be double cousins from waaaaaaay back.
Thanks,
Gale

My George W Ballew came from NC to Georgia to Texas. I'm always looking for more links, too. Do you have an ancestry.com account?
