I love this stuff! This has been the most rewarding hobby I have ever had! Thanks to all who have been so gracious and helpful in my search! I have been a family researcher since high school although my most intense work has been in the last twenty five years. I research the following families: Amber, Church, Colbert, Crist, Disbrow, Freeman, Gettys, Gier, Hatfield, Kanable, Musser, Parks, Pool, Scott, Snow, Woodworth and Worthington. I also maintain a large group of non-kinsmen memorials (take a look; you might be related!). Find A Grave has been a great opportunity to find and link ancestors and kinsmen! If you have any information that you would like added to any memorial that I administer, please use the 'edit' tab. I ask that you please not use my photos without my permission; I will give permission to use my photos off site (provided I am properly cited). Family and person photographs posted by me are either in my possession or donated to me for my use. If a family member wishes to have a memorial that I have created removed, please contact me and I will remove it. Pay It Forward!|

|Anonymous||Mabel May Allion Cogswell|
We were at the Wms County Genealogy library yesterday. We did not find her name in any of the Cemetery books, even surrounding counties. No obit found either.
Please advise us if you should stumble across anything else.
Lois Cogswell (Widow of William Edward Cogswell JR)
Carolyn Cogswell (daug of William Edward Cogswell JR).
Burial Floral Grove, Pioneer Ohio
This is the same cemetary where his Dad (William Edward Cogswell Sr and his 2nd wife (Zelma-Mabel's Sister) are buried.
|Anonymous||Mabel May (Allion) Cogswell|
Can you tell me the location of this grave at the Cogswell Cemetary
My Mother and I were there today and couldn't find it.
Mabel died Apr 5 1915
The death cert states burial in Cogswell Cemetary also.
She is my Grandmothers sister - the first wife of William Edward Cogswell. My Grandmother Zelma Allion was her younger sister AND the 2nd wife of William Edward Cogswell.
The story is that Mabel died shortly after childbirth and her Father (Benjamin Franklin ALLION)strongly "encouraged" my Grandmother (Zelma Allion-Mabels sister) to marry and take care of Mabels three children. Zelma went on to have 8 children with William Edward Cogswell (died on Dec 7 1941 - heart attack but unrelated to PearlHarbor)

You're most welcome for the obit.

Oh wow! I messaged the original poster of the memorials asking where she got the dates! Glad to know the dates are accurate. I haven't been able to verify by any death certificates and this posting was the only record I've found of their brith or deaths.
Thanks SO much for verifying this!!
