Thank you so much to those who have left flowers/tokens for my family and on my other cemeteries, your kindness is very much appreciated!
Genealogy is my hobby. My family research has taken me on journeys to places that I have never been. Reconnecting with family in the past and present has been life changing.
On April 5, 1977, I lost my mother to breast cancer. She never got the chance to see her children grow up, get married, or hug her grand-babies. She has always been with us in our hearts and we know that she has always watched over us. We love and miss her dearly. A special thank you to all of you have left flowers & tokens for my mom I appreciate your kindness so much. ♥ Mabel "Mae" Laster
I am so thankful for F-A-Grave. They make it possible for us to visit and never forget our loved ones!
☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ So many contributors have done a wonderful job creating cemeteries for our veterans. When you have time, please stop by and leave a flower or a token for a veteran. They were so brave and sacrificed so much for our freedom, even their lives. They deserve not to be forgotten. Robert Fowler, dhb, Neil B., Rhonda C. Poynter, Star Kline, and tbeck, are only just a few off my friends list who have done an excellent job creating cemeteries and memorial pages for our veterans. Thank you to all of you who have created cemeteries honoring our veterans! ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
"Pennies from Heaven"
I found a penny today Just laying on the ground. But it's not just a penny This little coin I've found.
Found pennies come from heaven that's what my Grandpa told me. He said Angels tossed them down Oh, how I loved that story!
He said when an Angel misses you They toss a penny down, sometimes just to cheer you up To make a smile out of your frown.
So don't pass by that penny When you're feeling blue. It may be a penny from heaven That an Angel's tossed to you.
Memorial # 5026580 Your token for Traci Fields Beth, thank you so much for the token you left for Traci. It is VERY MUCH appreciated. I've been letting all my relatives (which aren't very many) know that I'm trying to get to 5,000 tokens for Traci by her birthday and yours helps in that count.
Happy 4th! =) Dear Yvonne, How sweet of you to visit my brother for his anniversary, and to mention my military cemeteries...I couldn't figure out why I forget to drop by your pages more often, and I just realized that I didn't have you on my friend list, and so I remedied that! I'm at that age where if I don't have gentle reminders, it goes over my head - when Postettes first came out and I was sticking them just about everywhere, Gannon said about the multi-colour packs, "Wow, Mom, you make even the doors and drawers look pretty!" ha! Anyhow, have a good holiday - going over to your mom's page just now reminded me of when Mom and Dad and I would go up that winding canyon road to Leadville, Cripple Creek, all the little mining towns...sometimes just for a ride in the summer air, sometimes for the fireworks display. I made sure to thank Mae for reminding me of those times...Take Care and lots of love and hugs/RCP and Gannon Blue
