|I was born and raised in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia and now live in Gerrardstown, WV. I enjoy looking up cemetery records for people who request help in locating family members who have passed on and are buried locally or in the tri-state area. My maternal grandparent are from Columbus, Ohio, the(Schwaigerts) and Jefferson, Maryland the (Crums). My paternal grandparents (Washington Co., MD.) (Jefferson Co., WV) are Harding, Jones, Johnson,and then off shoots of Higgs, Crawford, Welty, and Gifft. I do try to be exact in my recordings, however if I make a mistake, please let me know. I record from monument and markers that are in the cemetery I am working in, I take photos of those monuments and markers to verify name spelling and dates. I do record from funeral annoucements in local and area newspapers. I then will go to that cemetery and take a photo of the burial place. If I can be of service to anyone, just let me know.|

Thanks Monte for the memorial transfer!
|Diane Pedersen||Kerns & Leach Headstones|
Thank you again for taking time to go to the cemetery and get headstone photos for Roland, Inez, Wade, and Arthur Kerns, and for Theodore and Doris Leach. You really have filled a lot of my requests.
|Diane Pedersen||Herrell & Bailey Headstones|
Thank you so much for the photos for Robert, Wesley, and Mary Harrell's, and Wayne Bailey's headstones. I really appreciate you taking time to do this for me.
|Diane Pedersen||Betty Mae Snyder|
Thank you for taking time to look for her grave and headstone. Her maiden name was Kerns and she may have been buried in an unmarked grave. I got the name of the cemetery from her death certificate, so don't know if a mistake was made on the certificate.
Thank you for attempting to obtain a headstone photo for this memorial at Camp Hill. According to death certificates, she and her husband John William Allender should be buried there, but I have noted on her memorial that there is no stone. Thanks!

Thanks for all your help. As I have said before, all of my information has. been extremely limited and at times very hard to come by. This Lewis (Louis) as well as one other Lewis (Louis), I have found their names spelled primarily as Lewis. The other one was the great-uncle of a closer living relative, who very quickly informed me that her thoughts were, regardless of some findings, the "family" spelling should always be Lewis. Again, thanks for all your help.
