I am helping a dear friend, Otis Henry Roswell, do research on his family.
Jessie is his grandmother and died 7 years before his birth.
Do you have any information on who her parents might be?

Euphemia Derouville Weldon was a daughter of my (distant) relatives Peter C. De Rouville [106853409], a Dutchman, and Anna Howard De Rouville [106853938].
