I am a 32 year old college student. I have lived in Wyoming all my life.
I am into cemetery preservation and genealogy.
I believe that the names of those who are no longer with us need to be remembered. If I created a memorial that you find distasteful or you wish to create a memorial that I already created, I will gladly do whatever it takes to make things right, because I don't create records on this site to offend people only to document the lives of people that may not be remembered otherwise. If you find something that needs correction or you want me to delete a memorial I will always respect your wishes, and fix things promptly. | |

Mt.Hope Cemetary-Lander Wyoming
I have recently joined findagrave and allready starting to find some family history out for my mother. I am trying to find a pic of a Lillie belle carson-Nations gravesite.She was my mothers grandmother Daiseys' half sister.I found records showing she died,Jan.1st,1948 at ft.Washakie Route(near Ethet,Fremont County,Wyoming) Her burial was Jan.5th,1948 at Mount Hope Cemetary,Lander,Wyoming.She was born Oct.6th,1875.Would love to get pics of her gravesite if possible.If you can help me out or know someone that might be able to .Please feel free to email me @joannayardley2007@yahoo.com.Thanks so much. | | | Jessi H.

 | McKinnon Wyo Cemetery
Was happy to see you had posted the family cemetery in McKinnon, Wyo. However, when I tried to add my grandparents it pulled them into the McKinnon City Cemetery which isn't right. So I added the McKinnon Terry Ranch which is where the cemetery is. It is no longer owend by the Terry family. Locals refer to these two cemeteries as East cemetery or the West cemetery. I do not know which is which. I know that Find A Grave does not like this kind of duplication but I did not know how to solve the problem. | | | Dragon Lady

May I inquire as to how you got this particular name and location as one of your gravesites to manage?
You are very far away--I I wondered if there was a family or other personal connection. I was at the cemetery today for at least an hour--looking for this grave. I have all of the information that was listed on the FINDAGRAVE site--but, there is absolutely nothing that even comes close to a JOHNSON.
I am going to go to the TOWN HALL i speak with the person who holds the records and see what I can out.
Trust me, if it is there, I will take photos and I will post them.
My search was not in vain-I found the grave of one of my own relatives as well as the parents of that person. | | | Patricia
