Gustavus Angus
Hi, Pam,

I've looked at Angus family members - Leslie Angus - name changed to Leslie English who died in Garden Grove, CA. He is my maternal grandfather. His parents were Samuel and Edna Angus.

My grandfather married Nancy Elizabeth Helton. They had 10 children. Their sole surviving son, Uncle Jack, died in April, 2015.

RE: CHS Class of 1955
Hello Pam,

May I offer my condolences for the recent loss of your mother. I fully sympathize with you regarding the loss of a loved one to that dreaded cancer. I've lost several family members to this disease, my father and much more recently in just a two month period, a daughter and my wife.

Your mother and I were classmates in the CHS Class of 1955. I remember her very well.

Thank you for contacting me. It is an honor to place that small memento on her memorial.

RE: oops
Yes, probably the Settle family. His mother was Tamma Marie Settle. My father in law was Richard Byron snyder, Sr.
I am always happy to find new family. Rich and I are hoping to go to the Kansas State Fair this year, so maybe we can have lunch or something while we're in Kansas. I have lot of family around the Hutchinson area.

oops
the message sent before I was able to write anything. You left a message on my father in law's memorial page saying he was your 3rd cousin once removed. May I please ask through which lines?

Hi Pam, Rufus and Maggie's son Truman married my great grandfather's sister Verna (Bowers) Hampton. I have a complete history of their family if you are interested.
