Oh my goodness, yes! My great grandparents have since passed but my Gran, Ellise (Gene's wife) is still alive. I care for her as her health is not the best. My dad, Keith is still driving a log truck but the company is no more since the recession.
It's so great to hear from someone who knew my family before even I did.

|Allan Carroll||hi uncle Bob|
I love the work you've done for the family. I have just become a member and have been uploading some of my real old family photos collected by my dad over the years. Thank you for the loving words on dads page and aunt Patti's page is great.
Email me sometime, aside from just loving to hear from you I have an update you can add to Auntie Patricia's page. Miss you uncle Bob, you guys were always my favorite aunt & uncle.
|Ace||Lillian Meyers at Waldheim Jewish Cemetery|
Hi! I know Jim Craig posted a photo for you of Lillian's grave marker, but I was there yesterday (I did not know he had already photographed the grave). I took additional photos, and I have posted one that does not have shadows on it.
I do not know if he told you about the people in the row in front of her. In that row are the following people.
1. Max Meyer, 1-26-1914, Age 54 years
2. Anna Meyers, 6-6-1925, Age 71 years
3. Dorothy Meyers, 12-21-1917, Age 4 years
I believe there is a memorial for Max, but not for Anna or Dorothy. If you create memorials and add photo requests I will post the photos that I took.

|Carolyn Lane Lewis||RE: Phillips family - Williams Cemetery|
I had the same thought about John Calvin Phillips being buried near his wife, C. C. But, she died 35 years before him so it is possible he remarried and is buried with a different spouse. I think it is still possible he is buried near C. C. and the stone is gone. We were there in 2008 and there were many broken stones stacked at the back of the cemetery. Are they still there? I think that is so sad and disrespectful - the stones may never be matched up and many were not repairable. Again, I thank you for your help.
|Carolyn Lane Lewis||Phillips family - Williams Cemetery|
Thank you so much for your effort to find John Calvin Phillips's grave. We were at that cemetery a few years ago and it had suffered a lot of vandalism. I am afraid his headstone is probably one of those they had stacked up at the back of the cemetery at that time. The stone you found for J. C. Phillips does not match anyone I have entered in my family tree. Claudie Lee Phillips is the grandson of John Calvin Phillips. There is already a photo of his and his wife, Pearl's headstone on Find A Grave. C. C. Phillps is actually Martha Cecelia "C. C." Wilkes Phillips, wife of John Calvin. She went by C.C. She also has a photo on Find A Grave.
I certainly appreciate your going the extra mile to check out all these people.

Effie Judy is my great aunt, married to Asa Judy. They had 2 children.I'm still working on trying to discover her maiden name, so not much is known. Thanks again for all your work.
