I've been able to visit my ancestor's grave that someone had posted. I probably will never get to visit in person, so I appreciate that "proxy" visit you provided.|
On my memorials, I include the parents' names and place of birth if I can find them, as it certainly can help knowing which "John/Jane Doe" it is. I also like to add a title such as "Rev." or "Dr." to a memorial if appropriate, as it can save time in doing a search with 45 names all the same, in same state. I see some with titles on the tombstone, yet it is not entered with the name (perhaps the photo was added later...is a guess.)
I honor veterans (all wars) with a flag, or floral tribute, especially if they don't have one.
I welcome information or a correction to a memorial. I usually don't edit or check to be sure it is accurate, nor do I act as judge and jury over whether to add it. Check it if you doubt it. On memorials I contribute, I try to check the state and other records to assure it is accurate, but still I make mistakes. Use the white Edit tab at right top of the memorial. I will transfer a memorial if you are a relative, but I'd expect you to transfer if someone else asks you and they are closer kin.
My Family names I research: Vance/Sinclair, Yarbrough/Ellis/Young, Montgomery/Posey, Barnett/ Reynolds; Yandell/Sparks, Lee/Durham, Ward, Powell/Weaver.
With the "new edit" method, I don't always write a 'thank-you' nor do I expect one. We all have plenty to do to keep up. BUT, be assured that I do APPRECIATE any addition/correction, or PHOTO REQUEST you fulfill for me. Please accept this as my thanks for your efforts.

Thanks for all the info on Mr. Fullerton! I've added it to the memorial. If it is someone you'd like me to transfer to you let me know. CJ

You are most welcome. I also added photos for his wife and 3 of his children. Any other help I can provide please let me know.
|Kenneth D. Tyler||Jonathan Greene Park II|
I have connected Jonathan to his mother and also suggested her birth date to the creator of her memorial. The information which I have for him comes from the book Searsport Sea Captains, pg. 161. Thanks Ken Tyler, Oostburg WI

I don't think he is buried here as this was the only stone with her name. This was actually a better kept part of this cemetery too. Thanks for the bio I added the information.
|Liz Freeman||Elizabeth Rebecca (Pell) Henderson|
So sorry, I checked my paperwork and data work and do not have a death date nor a death place for Elizabeth Henderson. I suspect she may be buried in an unmarked grave in the Ingalls cemetery-there are a lot of unmarked graves there. Several years back I spent a lot of time in that part of Oklahoma researching the Dunn family which was my primary research.
If you can find a copy of the book 'Payne County Cemetery Index' it might have her listed. This is a book that was widely used prior to the 'computer'. The Stillwater library might have it or the Oklahoma Historical Library.
Good luck in your search.
|Richard Bailey||Elder William Herrick|
The bio you submitted has been added to the memorial.

More than happy to do any edits you send..just use the edit button.
Thank you for info.

I saw your comment on the memorial of Rebecca Witherell Nichols in The Center Cemetery, Chesterfield. I have recently photographed her headstone and uploaded it to the memorial in case you would like to have a look. Jim
