I enjoy using various records (death certificates, funeral home records, obituaries, church records, family records, etc,) to determine burial location for graves that are no longer marked. I think that it is especially important to identify and document these individual's burial location, if at all possible... and to then connect them to their families.|
I research many families from the Vale and Bruceton areas of Carroll CO, TN; the Mansfield area of Henry CO, TN, and also from Benton CO, TN. Main families researched: Presson, Turner, Crews, Watkins, Myrick, Cain, Flowers, and various associated lines.
I also research various lines from Hardeman/McNairy Counties of TN; Tishomingo and Alcorn Counties of MS, and Franklin, Lauderdale and Limestone Counties of Alabama. Main lines researched in these areas include: Isom, Hurley, Paysinger, Brown, and Arnold. Lastly, I research various families from Lauderdale CO, TN.
I am happy to make corrections or add details to any memorial via the "Suggest A Correction" button on the memorial.
I have no intent of commercial or financial gain from posting information on this site. I do this solely as a service to others searching for family burial locations for personal or genealogy purposes. I would greatly appreciate your cooperation in NOT COPYING my photos to other websites.

Very, very nice job on finding the obit. You helped give that little a bit more of an identity. You've done a lot of great work. Where did you find the newspaper clipping?

It was one of the cemeteries I was working off of tn-roots.com and another contributor pointed out that some burials that should have been in it had been placed in the wrong cemetery.

Yes, hectic around here too. With work and taking care of Mom it is pretty wild.

Hi. Hope you are doing well.
See Samuel T Joyner at Bethlehem The Hall Cemetery in Henry Co. 34809939
Looks like he died in McKenzie but buried at Henry Co Bethlehem.
Do you have his obit saying he is buried in Huntingdon?
Think both of these are the same person?
Let me know.

Here is the info on John Dikeman Green's and Daniel Thomas Green III's mother, Martha Louisa McKenzie's gravesite. Its in the same cemetery~Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Mckenzie, Carroll County, TN. Her parents are buried there also. Do you want that info, too? Their father Daniel Thomas Green III, I believe is buried in Broward County, Florida but I have yet to find his headstone. Daniel Thomas Green I & II are buried in Marblehead, MA.

Hey PPC, I have a question regarding John Dikeman Green's listed father~John L Green, III for Martha McKenzie married my Uncle Daniel Thomas Green III on 7 Oct 1945 in Carroll County, TN. Daniel Thomas Green III and Martha Louisa McKenzie are John's parents. Siblings include Daniel Thomas Green IV. (1946-2005). Thanks for all you do with Find A Grave.

Pat, I made the correction for Bennett Lee. I thought I had done that before I sent you the message. Evidently I made the correction on your post instead of mine. Duh! Thanks Pat.

You are receiving this message because you have submitted a photo request for the above named person(s). I wanted to let you know that I will be traveling to that area from Dallas during the first week of June and I would be able to get the requested photo(s) for you. I do need some help from you tho. While I am in the Chicago area, I intend to get as many names off the list for Evergreen Cemetery as possible. The list is growing every day and is now at 263 requests! Evergreen Cemetery is near and dear to my heart as I have several of my own family members there. If you would please call the cemetery office and obtain the burial plot locations and send them to me, I will for sure get them for you when I go there in June. If everyone could get me the locations I could really get a lot of requests done but I can't do it alone! The office number for Evergreen Cemetery is 708-422-9051. You can leave me a public message with the information, or you may email me at email@example.com Please be sure to reference the requested names. Thank you!
