Lon H.Hubbs is the father in law of Clarence Weaver who married Dorothy Hobbs. Clarence is my mother's brother. She was married to Herbert Seabourne my dad.

Thanks for the info Robert, I have linked her with her parents. If you are directly related I would be glad to transfer Lillie (#25934724) to you, just let me know. I also cropped & enlarged her memorial photo.

Thanks again,

RE: May Etta Perkey
I have her death certificate. It gives her father as George Clevenger but her mother is listed as unknown. Would you like me to send a copy of her death certificate?

In addition, one of the family trees on shows her parents to be George Clevenger (1847-1880) and Lucinda Martin (1844-1908).

Many thanks for taking the photo and posting it on the memorial of Alonzo Maples. It definitely adds to our family research.

Morgan Lane
I am sorry Robert, but there is no stone for Morgan Lane in the Grove Hill Cemetery. There is record showing where he is buried, but no stone exists. It is uncertain whether or not one ever existed or if it sank or deteriorated through the years. This section of land in the cemetery is Section G - donated. I do not know if this means the space was donated for burial, or if this section of land was simply donated to the cemetery. There is a Section G adjoining this G-Donated location. Only 10-15 stones are found in this section and none of them have Morgan's name on them.

I did find the 1880 census for Morgan Lane. It suggests he was born about 1862, so he at least can now have a birth age.

The next day it gets sunshine here, I will take a photo of the section to place on findagrave.
