|Steve Bear||Baer Family|
I am researching my family (Bar, Barr, Baer, Bear, Bair, Bare) and noticed that you listed some Baer family members that I have in my ancestry tree. Are you a family member? You can visit my virtual cemetery and see all of those that I have been able to find to date on findagrave.com. The family now numbers into the thousands, so I will definitely have to limit it, at some point. You may contact me if you would like to discuss the Baer/Bear family.

|Cragle Descendant||RE: Margeret (Sorber) Cragle|
Thank you for the quick reply to my inquiry. I found an obituary for Margaret but it didn't give her maiden name. I also found an obituary for Julia A. (Cragle)Lord, elder sister of Amanda. If you could tell me where I might write to obtain a copy of the death certificate for Amanda E. (Cragle)Kiefer, I would greatly appreciate the info. Thanks so much!
|Cragle Descendant||Margeret (Sorber) Cragle|
Hi Maureen, I found your note on Margaret Cragle's record and noticed that you included her maiden name as Sorber. This is correct according to the information my grandfather gave to my sister many years ago. I have seen lots of trees from other searchers who have her as a Jackson but my sister researched all Jacksons for Luzerne County and could not find any evidence that Margaret would be a Jackson. I would be interested in knowing what documentation you found that supports the Sorber maiden name if you are willing to share. Thank you and especially for leaving the note and flowers.
|Jean BREWER||MC CANNA/FLANAGAN -Pittston|
I came across your reference to Rose MC CANNA FLANAGAN daughter of Francis MC CANNA of Pittston, PA. You are the first person I found that ties to that family. I'm trying to prove a connection to the MC CANNA family of Pittston to my husband's great grandmother. My mother-in law said her family lived in Pittston and spelled the name MC CANNA. she said Katie was disowned when she married a Protestant. But the family lived in Pittston and some of them worked in the stove factory or company there. Do you know anything of Rose's brother James MC CANNA, hiw wife, children, etc.? Thanks you. Jean BREWER
Thanks for taking the time to flower my dad.

|J. L. Cobb||Merry Christmas|
Wishing you and yours a safe and very Merry Christmas. May your home be filled with the magic and warmeth of this joyous holiday season.
And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men. And it came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us. And they came with haste, and found Mary, and Joseph, and the babe lying in a manger. Luke 2:10-16
Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus. He exists as certainly as love and generosity and devotion exist, and you know that they abound and give to your life its highest beauty and joy. Alas! how dreary would be the world if there were no Santa Claus!
