|I live about 20 miles west of NYC and am happy to look for nearby graves and cemeteries (at least when the weather cooperates)! I also work in downtown NY and can sometimes search there if I have time to spare. One day I will research my ancestors and make some requests of my own.|

Yes, the historian found their names right away so they do have good records, just they aren't all accessible to the public on their website unfortunately. I'm going to leave the photo request up for now, with your problem reported message. I'll be going there sometime in the next year and if I can't find where I think they are, I'll remove the photo request. I've located people's graves where problems were reported so it's sometimes worth leaving them up.
Thank you for your effort :)

Thank you for researching Susan & Letitia. The online search engine for Trinity only lists names of people whose graves were visible when the list was made. It is highly likely that Susan & Letitia's graves are under the grass. The historian/curator was able to confirm over the phone (2 years ago) that they were in fact buried there, but said that either their graves aren't visible, or their remains may have eventually been taken to an ossuary to make room for others.
My hope is that rainfall or floods may uncover more graves including theirs. (Our family recently discovered such a gravestone in a Massachusetts cemetery, under 3" of dirt & grass. Now that relative has 2 stones!).
Unfortunately i do not know which corner Susan & her daughter were buried in, but after locating her husband's grave in a huge Petersburg, VA cemetery ~ right next to the little church building ~ I can imagine that they are located in a corner next to the church, as opposed to farther away. Susan's husband was a minister ordained through Trinity Church (St. Paul's Chapel).

Success! I just found out on my own how to remove the request for Angelica Church. It has just been successfully removed. All I had to do was hit the link on my requests & there it was. Once again, thank you for the info on Angelica.

Wow! I didn't know that! You know, Robert Fulton is also in the Livingston vault as well. Okay, I'll remove the request, but, I don't know how. I'll try, anyway. Thanks so much for your information. You're never too young or old to learn anything, and by golly this morning, I definitely learned something entirely new. Thanks again. Hope to correspond again with you, soon. Take care.

Thank you so much!! If I may ask another favor. I believe that there are at least two or three burials for a family named Ransier there. I don't have access to the cemetery/records. I would so appreciate if you have an opportunity to look for me?? Supposedly John/Johannes Ransier lived across from the church and went there till he passed. I believe he, his wife and at least one child are there, but not photographed.

Thank you so much for sending the photo of Augustus Van Horne. I was doing some very old family history & had no idea that I could find a photo record of his gravesite (family vault).
Thanks also for the info at the bottom of the photo, it really adds to what it must be like in such a beautiful old place.
Your kindness is sincerely appreciated!

Hi DJ, How rude of me! I was going through some old emails and found the emails announcing you had taken these photos for me (16 May 2011)! I am so sorry that I didn't respond then. So, here I am, over 2 years later....
Thank you so much for the time and effort you took to get these photos for me! This site has been a wonder for me because of great people like you.
