If you call Elmwood Cemetery and Mausoleum at 708- 453-0273 and:
1. Ask if your photo request person has a headstone / grave marker.
2. If there is a headstone / grave marker ask for the section, block, lot and grave number.
3. If you send that information to me, Susan (#48964989) I will go there and fulfill your photo request. Of course any other Find A Grave volunteer can also fulfill your request if you then add the headstone location information to your photo request page.

Yes, I would be interested in being in contact with Eva and Eugene's extended family. Please email me a private message and let me know how we want to go about doing this. My contact information is available on my Find A Grave bio and links.
Hopefully extended family can give me a little more information on Eva and Eugene, and perhaps a family photo or two which includes them. Now that I have seen what Eugene looked like I would like to see what Eva looked like.

Interesting!!! I looked for an Arthur Matzat on Find A Grave and found one buried in Canada. Whether this is Lorraine's husband or not ????
Thanks for the info. I will add it to my genealogy database.

|Gary Fox||RE: Your request for Claudia Vollmer at Ridgewood|
Hi! I was out at Ridgewood yesterday and there is no updated name plate as yet for Claudia. If you're family and know that one is on order, send me a note when it will be installed. In the meantime, I'm out there every other week or so, and will keep checking.

Hi Denise-did you get my last e-mails telling about my grandfather and the pictures of Aunt Minnie & Aunt Hannah?
|Glenn Dietz||RE: DiDomenico|
So sorry I didn't get this til now. I'm not related to them and would be happy to transfer management of them, if you're still interested
|Susan K. Park||Mitchell Spencer grave marker|
I'm Susan Park a volunteer photographer for Find A Grave. I wanted to let you know after much research and I walked the entire cemetery at Orfordville, Mitchell is not buried at Orfordville Lutheran Cemetery. Please correct your memorial page for Mitchell to reflect that Mitchell is buried at West Luther Valley Lutheran Cemetery which is close to Beloit, WI. I did attach a picture of where Mitchell is buried by using a white sheet of paper to mark his grave. The location was also verified by the cemetery clerk. He does not have an official grave marker.
|James Bellert||LYNN RICHARDS|
Hi. I got the photo of the Lynn Richards marker as you requested. There was a family plot with three markers next to a monument that read "Richards." There was a marker for Lynn, and also for Erma Richards and a third marker which was closest to the large "Richards" marker. That closest marker read "Virginia M. Thompson" and "Mother" 1914-1972. I made memorials for them. I'm not sure how they are related though. If Erma is Lynn's wife, then they can be linked. Virginia seems to be the age that would make her the daughter of Lynn and Erma. If that is true, I can link her parents to her memorial. If you have any thoughts about this, I'd be happy to know them.

Hi! Regarding your photo request, can you please contact the cemetery and obtain the Section, Lot, and Grave Number information, and then post it to your request? Please also ask if there is a grave marker and add that information to your photo request and/or memorial. The Find A Grave FAQs state the photo requestor is responsible to provide this information.
Elmwood Cemetery: (708) 453-0273
This cemetery provides extremely limited assistance to photo volunteers with finding a grave's location. Last year I was able to fulfill almost 200 photo requests at Elmwood through this process. Because the lots in this cemetery are poorly marked, almost no one else ever photographs here. I have only had success here because I have spent literally weeks at a time to learn the intricacies of the layout of this cemetery.
Thank you for helping me to help you.
