I am a house call veterinarian and I take care of dogs and cats all over Los Angeles County. I provide preventive healthcare, routine medicine and when the time comes, gentle and compassionate home euthanasia.|
In my spare time, I like to hike and I like to research my family tree. I've done a lot of legwork on ancestry.com, familysearch.org, findagrave.com and many other sites. Along the way, I've discovered the true value of obituaries and grave markers: they contain a lot of useful and interesting information, but they also give us an opportunity to pause, remember and reflect.
I became a volunteer photographer at findagrave.com to help other folks in their quests for keepsakes and their journeys for knowledge. Los Angeles has some pretty expansive cemeteries and I am happy to explore them for others that can't make the trip.
Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills is my main stomping ground. It's close to home and the photo requests almost always include a burial location, which makes my job a whole lot easier.
If you have an interest in a grave somewhere else in Los Angeles, I'd be more than happy to photograph it, if you can connect with the cemetery and provide me with an exact burial location.

You are welcome, it is my pleasure to photograph these headstones, and thank you for your service to Find A Grave

Ahhh - she is listed in the registry as Clark, not Clarke. I will see what I can do next time I am there. It lists her in CR9 grave 54, so I assume that is Section C Range 9 grave 54, but I will check with the office.

No, just David & Joseph. The photo requests. I did not grap them up but did do a grave search for their headstones and nothing was there. I searched actually three times now. They could be there in the family plot but no head stone was seen. One really needs the plot number where they are buried. Linda
Thanks so much for the obits and sure enough they are buried there. I am surprise they were not given headstones. I have look through the whole cemetery twice and have not seen them. I did find the other Gordons but no other headstones. Dang! I would like to find who has the cemetery records. I was told that someone who works in the hardware store may know who has the records. Too bad I don't live here and will be leaving early in the morning. Linda
Why do you believe the Gordons are in the Evergreen Cemetery? Linda

Done. I'll get up to take a closeup in the next few weeks, weather permitting. DD
