I had to take some time off F.A.G. due to a bad knee. I had a full knee replacement on March 26, 2015 & can't wait until I can get back out there & photograph headstones again! My profile photo is of me at 2 yrs of age with my "Nana" Katie Olene Summers, in 1956, in Las Vegas, Nevada, where we lived until 1963.|
I was born in Fresno, CA. and we moved to No. Las Vegas, NV, where my dad eventually worked Civil Service at Nellis A.F.B.. When my brother was a yr old, we moved back to CA & lived in Fresno, Clovis & Sanger from 1963-1967. In 1967 we moved to Vacaville in Northern California, where we still reside. I'm involved in genealogy, researching the Summers, Ogden, Mudgett, Clark and Doyel family trees. Summers & Ogden from Oklahoma, and Mudgett and Clark are from Wisconsin & Minnesota.I haven't done much on my husband's family, but eventually I will. I am so happy that I found this website-Find A Grave & I take it very seriously when I get a photo request. I do what I can to take the very best photos possible & when necessary, I will retake photos, if the sod hasn't been placed. I have no problem sharing my photos. Afterall, we are are all in this together!

Yes I do have a ancestry.com account and I just got it going about 2 weeks ago so I don't have a whole lot on it, Just what was linked from my familysearch.org account. My Uncle Howard Summers has a lot of genealogy done on the Summers side and didn't know that until I actually ran into his ancestry.com account. He does have a few pictures up as well. Of course they spelled my name wrong on Ancestry.com I don't know if that is because it is linked with my family search account or what, but on ancestry.com they spelled my name Rachael Summers.

Meredith Summers Is my Great Great Grandfather. I just started getting into family History and I am finding some really cool things. Just wanted to see if anyone else had any more info on Meredith Summers that they would like to share?

I already had listed his memorial with the inscription of his age that I was able to determine from his headstone. Age 31. As for the month and day, it was too difficult to read but I believe it states that he was 31 years, 2 months & 8 days of age. I did not put all of that on his memorial since it would only be a guess.

Thanks Kristy. Much appreciated. Loads of distant cousins are checking that memorial and we have learned of dozens of relations we didn't know of.

Could I ask a favor? Would you mind removing the photo of D Janet Gallagher from memorial of her husband #33476499. I have the two spouses linked, and we'd like to add a few photos of the deceased.
I would be very grateful.

I was out at SVNC and noticed that the Carlsons' permanent headstone has finally been installed so I've uploaded the photos to their pages.
Could you please remove your photo of their temporary marker from both of their pages.
Thanks so much,
Thank you very much for your excellent gravestone photo of Earl Annecston at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery. I think it looks strange when Earl's gravestone has a cross on top, while his wife Doris, on the other side has a Jewish star.

Thank you for your time and effort in securing these photos. Far, far superior to the one previously left for her husband. Thanks for adding to his site as well.
