Bio and Links
Bio Photo I live in South Florida with my husband and 3 children. I have family in Cuba, Spain, and Argentina. Most of my husband's family emigrated from Germany and Prussia in the mid to late 1800's and settled in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area. My husband was born in Milwaukee but moved to Florida as a young boy. He always talked about wanting to go back on a family vacation to see relatives and introduce his family. However in 2007, when our children were still quite young, my husband suffered a massive, spontaneous brain bleed. He has been left completely disabled and requiring total care. This was a devastating blow to all of our future plans. It doesn't look like we will be making the trip to Milwaukee any time soon but I'm still working on meeting the relatives. I decided to delve into his family history and fell in love with genealogy. I know this is something he always wanted and I work on it in his honor. I have "met" many interesting people along the way.

I would also love to get more info on my ancestry but I haven't found much to go on. Looking for a source for Cuban records. I understand that many of the birth records were kept in the Catholic churches and were destroyed. Any help appreciated!

Please feel free to use any of my photos for your family trees as needed.

Thank you
Maggy,

Thank you very much for taking the photo of Lisa's grave. On behalf of her family and myself, I want to thank you very much for doing this. She is the baby sister of my son in law. We all live in CA so distance was a problem. After all these years, Lisa is still very much missed and this is a good way to honor her loving memory. Your work is very much appreciated.
