Hi ... At the landing page for Burton Cemetery in Mitchell Indiana you posted a picture that is actually a photo of Burton Gap Cemetery, also outside of Mitchell, IN. Burton Gap is approximately .5 mile north of Burton Cemetery. Apparently Dexter Deckard (20380755)) is Noah Dexter Deckard Sr. for whom I created a memorial (24914490). The only picture I see is on 20380755 and it is created by "Anonymous" therefore I see no reason why you cannot copy it.
I found a photo of a relative on Find A Grave, can I use it?
Photos posted to memorials on Find A Grave are copyrighted by the member who submitted the photos. Lifting the photo to use elsewhere would be a violation of copyright. You must obtain written permission from the member to use any photo for your own use. In general if you did not take the photo yourself, you do not hold the copyright to the photo.
Looking at the Mount Tabor Cemetery book, I found only two Dexter Deckard's, Noah (24914490) and his son Dexter W, Deckard (24914343) They are buried next to each other. Noah is a First cousin twice removed of mine.
I will have to consider my memorial 24914490 as a duplicate to 20380755. Would you transfer management of 20380755 to me ?

I created a duplicte memorial ( 29914343 ) of your memorial ( 20380755. Dexter is my 2nd cousin once removed. To resolve this problem, would you transfer the management of 20380755
to me? I you would prefer to retain control of the memorial, would you update your memorial from the information in my memorial? Also, your memorial identifies Dexter as being married to Annie. Who is Annie?
I just received an email from someone would like to copy the picture of Dexter. I am going to refer him to you.
