Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been documenting the cemeteries in Iowa county, Iowa and helping families find their relatives. I have photographed most of the cemeteries here and I am still working on adding the photos to memorials, and/or creating ones that do not have one in hopes of their family finding them.

Please use the "edit" and "suggest a correction" feature for information that is inaccurate or incomplete. Also use these features to request transfers. I would love to transfer your relations to you as long as they are not relations of my own.

Please let me know how you are related please. Sometimes I run across additional information that I can pass along as well.

Please feel free to use any of my photos for your own personal record keeping. That's why I take the photos for you in the requests!

please have some patience to get things done. I am slowly getting back to normal, and I will get everything done in time. I have been working 6 days a week and am only left one day to get alot of things done. thx for your understanding ; )

God Bless!

My addition was added in 2012. Since your is dated 2013 it is a duplication and needs to be removed.

Brian P. Bendorf correction
Memorial 108512542 for Brian P. Bendorf has the date of birth as 18 Aug 1965. It is actually 17 Jul 1965. His obituary, social security index and public records all have the 17 Jul 1965 date.

74788720 Mary Gouff
Mary Gouff is one of my great aunts. She was married to Samuel Gouff. Can you tell me if there is a headstone near hers that might be his?
Thank you,
Ginger (Goben) Weisbarth

Your 101562952 is incorrect.
I had a photo request for Elsie A. Seifert in the Homestead cemetery, upon completion I noticed you had her with a photo of someone else's marker, please correct.

RE: Unknowns at Amana
Unfortunately, all I have is a date, 19 Feb 1891. The child was unnamed and died at birth. Probably either buried with the mother (died in childbirth) or one of the undated ones in the children's area.

Helen Rector- #80969640
Thanks for having this picture put here!! I've connected some dots and found her parents and the rest of her family. She was the only child of Silas Charles and Mary Evaline Blake Rector that wasn't linked to them. I remember seeing the name Helen Rector in all my family stuff, but couldn't connect it until tonight. Mary, her mother, is George Blake's daughter, and Helen, his granddaughter! Yeah! Now, hopefully, we can get them connected as I sent in an edit. George Blake is who the Blake Cemetery in Poweshiek Co., IA is named after.
