Born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi. Moved to Denver, Colorado 38 years ago. Most memorials posted by me are relatives. I have my people arranged by generation in virtual cemeteries; i.e., parents, grand parents, great-great-great-great grandparents, etc. Any ancestor that I have been able to identify the final resting place for is on Find-a-grave. Correspondence is welcome if you know anything about these people and would like to share information.|

Jean I was happy to do it. I also took pictures and posted a couple of more Thames buried near them. May or may not be their family. I will be happy to link them if you know if they are related. Fran

Looks like I created a duplicate memorial for Mary Miller. I thought I looked before I created it. Should I go ahead and delete the memorial I created?

Do you have any other information on H.S. Hope, son of James & Isabella Smith Hope? He married Mary McClendon. I am trying to find out who Mary's family was and where she and H.S. married and died. I am descended from Mary Hayes McClendon Statham who married William McClendon in 1851 in St. Helena Parish, LA. They lived near Angeline Hope and Jordan Dykes. Jordan was a close relative of Mary Hayes. The Hayes family is connected in several other ways to the Stricklands and Simmons. Any info you can give on the Hope or McClendon families would be greatly appreciated. Please respond to my email address firstname.lastname@example.org

Is Jacob M. Bankston actually buried at Mars Hill Cemetery? I went out there and could not find his grave. Nancy Bedell

I kinda thought so. I will remove it. I'll ask for Ruby's location next week. We try to go out there about once every two weeks. They will only do 5 looks ups for me a week so I didn't ask for Ruby hoping to find her with him.
It wasn't a complete lost, you found an old friend, right?

Jean, please make sure this is the right Samuel Parrish. I was a little concerned because I had no dates and the middle name is different. If it is not correct let me know so I can delete it.
I was happy to do it,
