Bio Photo The human stories and history that can be found in cemeteries have facinated my husband and I for years. We are happy to share this facination with the Find A Grave community. Please contact us if you have any additional information to add to our memorials. Also, please feel free to use our pictures to enhance your family histories. A credit would be nice but not a requirement.

There was a Rev. G. Gay buried beside her, is that her father? There was no wife buried beside him.

I pulled up Charley's memorial and it mentions Mildred as his second wife. If you are family and want these transferred to you please let me know.

Suzy, I'm not sure how you could ask me to get rid of my memorial when clearly I took the time to add a proper obit which the other memorial has little or nothing of. I will not be removing mine if it's the better of the two. Perhaps you can ask the other contributor to remove theirs since it has so little information. To me, if I can honor the person with a proper memorial I will do it because I think there is much more to a person than just their dates and name. I like to know who they are and I want their memory to live on. Dates and names are fine when there is nothing else, but for right now I will not remove mine when it is by far the best of the two listed. I always check for a listing before I add it and often it's not till after I take a picture or someone suggest a correction to the spelling of the name which I suspect may have been the case here, till the duplicate shows up. But I never add a name if a memorial already exists. Often the name is misspelled somewhere which accounts for the duplicates. Thank you for bringing this to my attention, but, I really think the memorial I created and spent much time doing research on is the one that should remain, at least for now.
