Hello, I'm from Tomah, Wisconsin. Born and raised here. So most of my family lived around this area, but they are hard to find.|
Linenberg-Loasching-Eirschele-Jirschele-Mistele.are just a few i'm having problems with.
I have done alot of crafts and things, but i think i love walking thru Cemeterys and talking with them the best, they are very good listeners! They dont always answer, but i have had a few things that make me wonder. When you cant find someone, and you say something out loud. And a squirrel runs by, and sits on a headstone, you walk that way, and the one you want is very close.

I was wondering if you are related to John H. Herman (1878-1961). I think I'm related to him, but I can't be sure since his gravestone lists no other names and I don't have a death location for him in my records. Thank you!!

Cindy, the picture you added with the cemetery name is incorrect. She is buried in Pilgrim Home Cemetery. Can you either change the photo or remove it. The marker is wonderful...just the photo of the cemetery name is incorrect.

See there are duplicates of memorials for Darrel (L) Deer see # 64387178 in Bluewing Cemetery. One has more info than the other.
Thought you'd want to know.

I am looking for this marker. My mother would like to visit it before she can't and we were unable to locate it from her memory. This is her brother and sister in law.If you could please let me know the general area it is located at would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi, You listed the death date for this man who was buried in the St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery as 1894. However, his name appears on the 1900 census and he is listed on a family tree as having the death date of 1904. The month and day are the same in both instances.
Is it possible that the date is so decayed that it is hard to read and could possibly be 1904?
I appreciate any information you can share.
Thank you so much.

Hi Cindy --
I see that you've done a lot of work in Greenfield Cemetery (Tunnel City). Do you know if the cemetery has been completely indexed? I'm looking for an ancestor -- Ambrose Edwards. He was in Tunnel City in 1870 (at age 92!) and I don't find him after that, so I'm thinking that he probably died there. I haven't been able to find any death information. I don't know when Greenfield was established or who holds the records, but thought you might be able to provide some information since you're local. Any guidance you could give me would be appreciated!
