November is here. Autumn days remain bright but a chill is setting in. Thoughts turn towards the holiday season shared with our loved ones in the warmth of our homes.|
Our beloved departed are with us in Spirit, too. Within our hearts and memory they live on. All we need to do is take a deep breath, focus for a moment and let the outside world slip away. We will enter that sacred space where in the fullness of the present moment we can, if we remain still, hear the voice of our Beloved as well as our Lord.
I pray that you will have such moments and hopefully hours as we begin the progress towards the season of Holy Days, which is the original meaning of the word 'holiday'.
I am still playing "catch-up" with many areas of my life that were disrupted by the events which preceded the move into my new apartment. Please allow me some time to answer emails or messages.
Any friends here can help me by praying that my life get back in balance. I ask for the grace to live one day at a time without waking up and having to deal with preparations for so many days ahead packed full of things I MUST do and which have so little leeway for a moment to rest and reflect.
Being in tune with the harmonious flow of the world around you is a gift even when we don't realize us. It is also a grace to be given the strength to proceed and meet a diversion to that flow. The key is in the balancing act and to remain aware that there is a purpose and a lesson to learn even if not perceived at the time. Please ask in your prayers that I be granted that insight. It is what makes all effort worthwhile.
Bright Blessings to all.
Special thanks go to all visitors who have tokened my Mom's memorial and those of her birds. The Cardinal (Red Bird) has special meaning to me. In my Mom's journals, which I found after her passing, she attempted to create fairy stories in which a Red Bird would appear at mysterious ways and times to help maidens in distress. They were fragments at best but expressed something of my Mom's underlying quest for unity with God. Her later journals were more focused on Scripture as her spiritual journey matured. I often think the Red Bird was an embodiment of her yearnings and the only vehicle she could think of in the early stages of her quest. Thanks to all who took the time to note that and leave these special tokens at her memorial.
My relatives are from different religious backgrounds: Orthodox Jewish, Roman Catholic and Episcopal. If you have questions about the type of token to leave, please contact me by EMAIL. This is not usually an issue but if you have any doubts I'm happy to clear them up for you. I'd appreciate it if visitors do NOT leave Masonic symbols or inverted pentacles at ANY of the memorials of relatives in my bloodline. I can confirm they were never members of any Masonic Order or the Order of the Eastern Star. For them these symbols are inappropriate and will be removed.
I volunteer for the Fallen Graver Forum by leaving tokens at memorials established by the Fallen Gravers. If you ever need to contact me about any token I leave please be assured I will promptly comply with your request for changes or deletions.

In all matters of kinship: If we are related in anyway, then contact me by email and provide a link at Ancestry or some details about your family line, or perhaps your memorials here at FindAGrave.
Tokens and Comments MUST be respectful and not include any kind of political or ideological slant. Anything of this nature will be reported to the Admins for removal if it is not promptly removed by the person who placed it at any memorial I manage.
Transfer Requests: You must follow the established FindAGrave procedure and request transfer using the Send A Correction feature. Again do not use the Public Message board for this purpose. I do not transfer my relatives unless you are closer in kinship than I am. I will gladly transfer memorials of those not related to meand am willing to do so outside of guidelines provided your request shows a sincere desire to take over Stewardship of the memorial. Please supply enough details to help me make such a decision.
Public Message Board: Please use for specific FindAGrave matters. Anything outside of FindAGrave should be conducted by direct email to me.

Thank you so much for your kind words and tokens. Every time I see a token left on my Mom it brings tears to my eyes. It means so much to me! All of my life it seems I have been rescuing animals. The memorials for birds truly touched me. Every life has meaning and they give so much love and happiness. My latest rescue is a 17 hand (huge) retired racehorse names Daggin (for short). He is amazing and has bloodlines to Man-O-War and Secretariat. He was going to the butcher. For some reason I bought him. He is a stunning beauty. He was a pistol and a lot of work but now even Children can ride him. He has his forever home with me. Take care. I will visit your loved ones again soon... Jen

Thank you so much for visiting Shari, and also all the other visits you've made to my family. Shari was a real trip, she was very funny and it shocked everyone she died, it was so sudden. Such a shame.

|Mario Ragucci||Right now I would settle|
for the smell of midtown while I enjoy a kinish in motion with other people. I would love to have a talk with you at a small, Brooklyn residence nook and get all sparklers and fireworks. When you said those words in one of your memorials, it really sparked a great feeling in me, and i repeat those words to other people who are impressed with me, but only you and I know who the author is :-) For that I owe you EmilyAnn
