Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hi. About 20 years ago my mother got me started on Geneology. I've been researching off and on since, mostly in Massachusetts. I don't have alot of pictures for graves but I do have alot of info on what grave sights my family were buried in. The first graves I put in here were my Parents.
I lived in MA until a couple years ago, now I'm in NC so I can't visit graves in MA but I can add info or edit things that I see incorrect.

Recently (2014) I received my mother-in law's genealogy notes. She had also been working on her family for years. I have been trying to incorporate her notes into my records and then add them to Find A Grave. If info came from her I add from Mary Butts' notes. Mary (Curran) Butts memorial page number is 39250519.

Okay to delete now. I can't find any verification that he came from Dedham, Essex County, UK. I'll keep checking though. Many Massachusetts Bay Colony settlers came from Dedham as it was a hotbed for a cult known as Dedham heretics who practiced Lutheranism. Although we always hear that America was founded for freedom of religion, the people of Dedham, MA didn't believe that. They expelled Baptists, Anglicans, and Quakers.

Appreciate your note w/sources and if you check my listice for Richard Ellis, you'll see I have detailed info that identifies Elizabeth French as his wife, so I'll correct the error.

Any others you find, please let me know as this is a branch of my family dating to Adaline Ellis Hervey buried in Green-Wood Cemetery in New York. I'm currently dividing my time between my ancestral home at Ickworth in Bury St. Edmonds and New York.

Bellingham - Some progress!
Trisha, I know we have worked together in North & Oak Hill Cemeteries, Bellingham. I have just now finished adding a couple hundred photos and many memorials from them. Now that I have been there the line is somewhat clear and I placed everyone under my own management where they should be. There are of course numerous memorials in the wrong cemetery and hopefully Julie Nathanson will be receptive to moving them, I was waiting until I finished before trying to sort her memorials out. There was also a small number of memorials who were originally in North Bellingham Cemetery which were relocated over into Oak Hill, and I added photos showing their odd placement in the middle of much more modern monuments and with the Oak Hill sign in view off to the distance. Lets see now if we cant get everyone where they are supposed to be! Check your memorials in North and you will find quite a few now have photos. Thanks! Jim

Daniel Ware question
Hi.

Thanks for the good question. According to the list at the Norfolk Public library, they list a Daniel Ware in space A2 D2, with with same death date as Eliazar Ware, buried in space A2 E1. I based my memorial upon their records.

Tisdales
Thanks for the marriage info for the Tisdales. I'm always happy to transfer memorials to those who know more about the families and can provide extra information. If you would like management of any of the other graves from that particular cemetery, I would be happy to transfer them as well.

Best,

North Bellingham - Oak Hill
Thanks for alerting me to the memorials which belong in No. Bellingham and not Oak Hill. I know this has been an issue with a number of memorials created in both the adjoining cemeteries as the line between the two is easily missed. This is also true of Center & Union Cemeteries in Bellingham which I photographed last year and sent out many edits to people explaining the line of separation. Your hard work is much appreciated! Jim

I updated and thank you. I wish I had more time that day to photo the cemetery but I see someone has since gone and that is good.

Barbers @ Warwick, MA
Hello,

I made notes on Elizabeth & Rhoda Barber's memorials to reflect the death dates you suggested from Warwick Records vs. the gravestone dates.

Thanks,

Ryan-O
