My goal here is to preserve the memory of those who walked on this earth.
I love Find-a-grave site but do not have a lot of time to enter on here anymore. I will still do any and all changes that are requested. Please be patient with the change request. I will get to them as soon as possible.
You may use any of my stone photos anywhere you want. I do not give my permission to use my other photos on another website.
If I have made a mistake on any of my memorials please let me know so I can do the necessary changes. Please use the Edit button when doing so.
I will transfer any memorials that are not related to me. Please let me know how you are related and provide your FAG member number. Just request it through the edit button.
Please read the rules as posted by Find-A-Grave. Just because you find something on an online family tree site DOES NOT mean that it is true. You should always provide proof that the information that you are adding is THE WHOLE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH. You should alway have solid information to back up anything that you enter on this site. Always remember that some sources may not be 100% correct. I am all for keeping these memorials as accurate as possible.

RE: Clair Bloom # 13883738 I have found the first death notice printed in Toledo Blade on 4/1/2006 & the obituary on 4/2/2006. Go to http://news.google.com/newspapers and click on 'T', then Toledo Blade. When the page opens, just type the date and you will be able to scroll through that day's paper, page by page, until you come to the obituaries. Then you can zoom in on the page to read his full obituary. Happy Hunting, Pamela
RE: Osterburg Cemetery. I don't live too far away from that cemetery. I will get out there the next decent day we have. I usually have to take my 4 children with me or I would be able to go sooner. Do you know which part of the cemetery they may be in? There is two different churchs and cemeteries that are connected and its difficult to tell which cemetery is which, even though Ive been a local my entire life, Im not sure where on cemetery ends and the other begins.
I think this shows the Arthur M. Coulter whose gravestone is at Watts Cemetery (strange how they misspelled it Cementery) does in fact belong the former pro ball player who hit the first home run for Indianapolis in 1902.
When you have a moment, please take a look at my ballplayer grave photos at
Thank you so very much for your assistance with this. I understand how much effort a person can sometimes go through for these kinds of things. I did some searching online last night and did not come up with much in the short time I looked.
The article you quoted proves to me this is the man I thought it was, and that's great news.
Take good care and let me know if I can ever help you out.
RE: Mocks Hill Cemetery Thank you so much for checking Mocks Cemetery. I still have yet to find out where my ggg grandparents Crawford and Margret Lindsay are buried.
I've called Clearfield County historical society and all they would tell me is they have a listing for a Mrs. Crawford Lindsey (the spelling should be Lindsay) but that I would have to stop by. I live in Florida so, that is impossible.
I guess I'll have to try and order a death certificate. Not sure if that will work since I don't know exactly when they died.
Thank you for your offer. I am not sure if my relatives are buried at Mocks Hill or not or if they even have headstones. That is why I have been trying to contact the cemetery. The names are Crawford Lindsay (1839-1906) and Margaret Lindsay (1833- sometime after 1900).
Do you know anyone I could contact for more information about that cemetery? I have tried to contact the historical society in that area but they have not responded.
Hulda & Ralph Matter The official name of the cemetery is the Grassflat Lanse Lutheran Cemetery. It is on Johnson Road off of Rte 53, at the site of the old Lutheran Church (it is now a house, one of my cousins lives there). I don't know the history of the name, but it's been there for quite some time. Hulda & Ralph are both buried there.
