We will only transfer memorials to direct family members. We are willing, however, to do corrections to the memorial or link to other family memorials.
The fall of 2008 we were asked to share our pictures with the Arkansas Grave Stone Project in Garland, Hot Spring, Dallas, Logan, Hempstead Counties. Arkansas. Thank you so much for recognizing our work.
We have also posted pictures on The Melting Pot Genealogical Society, Hot Springs, Ark. and Louisiana Gravestone Project.

|Bettye Hull||The Cunnyngham family|
James Franklin Cunnyngham (22860522) and Mary A. Cunnyngham (22860523) are my second great grandparents. I would appreciate it if you would transfer them to me. There are 3 or 4 other relatives there which I would also like, but I will wait for this one first.
|Wilton Hudgens||Edmond "Tobe" Edwards|
Thank you very much for the transfers of "Tobe" and Josephine (Richey) Edwards. I appreciate it.
|Keitha Jenkins Kirk||RE: BU: Burial Unknown|
Yes, I know what Find A Grave is, I just didn't know what BU stood for. But now I know.
|Angie Dotson||RE: Darla Tuck|
I guess maybe I'm misunderstanding something here. The original reply I received on my correction request read as follows:
"This is an automated email letting you know that your recent edit for the Daria Kay Toney Tuck (1963 - 2000) Find A Grave memorial has been declined."
You can see that the first name was misspelled in this e-mail from find-a-grave. After, I received that reply, I posted a message to you. Perhaps the correction was done in between those two messages. Or perhaps I am not proficient enough with the find-a-grave correction process.
At any rate, Darla's name is correct on the memorial page now. I do apologize for any confusion I created. Darla was a good friend and cousin and I was only concerned with making sure her name was spelled correctly.
Thank you for all your work and tireless efforts.
|Julia Pechlivanos||Thank You!|
Eustace Maxwell Lewis was my great-great uncle, the beloved younger brother (by two years) of my great-grandmother, Mabel Lewis Perkins Knerr (1889-1974) who died in Akron, OH. Uncle Maxie, as he was called, stepped on a nail and died of lockjaw according to the story I was told by his sister when I was a child. My nephew is his namesake - Maxwell Lewis Faulkner.

His birth year should be corrected to 1885. The 5 looks like a 6 but if you look at the newly posted photo closely, it is a 5. This is consistent with other information we have on him. He is my uncle. If you would be willing to transfer him to me, I would appreciate it. Thanks.
|Sarah Atwood Bardwell||Ted and Betty McCormic|
Thank you so much for posting this about Ted & Betty McCormic. They were my backyard neighbors in Hamshire, TX in the 1960's to early 70's.
Mr. Mac (as we called him) was a survivor of the Bataan March. I recently started looking for his grave because I wanted to share this with my children and grandchildren. I know he never spoke about his military service. The "Macs" did not have children but they were wonderful for my sister and me.
Again, you provided a great service by posting this so that they are not forgotten.

Your welcome. It is a shame that they haven't, but then some people don't know you can get one.

Thanks for the heads up. I deleted my memorial for my aunt. I didn't look, thinking it was only 3 days after she passed. Two others must have been one up on me. She had a lot of good friends that will remember her. They have a good picture too which makes it better. Don't know how I got credit for her bio???
