I am the grandson of Samuel J Miller and still live in Ashe County, North Carolina. I am now retired but have worn many hats during my lifetime including being a teacher and a principal in the public schools, self-taught electronics technician, business owner, 9-1-1 Dispatcher, database manager for law enforcement and master craftsman and cabinetmaker. I enjoy collecting and restoring specific vintage lawn and garden equipment. I also enjoy genealogy and am continually working on my family tree. My brother, Steve and his son, Tim are the primary custodians of our family cemetery (Samuel J Miller Memorial Cemetery).
