I am Sharon and I am married to a retired Navy SEAL. I recently lost my son when he was KIA in Afghanistan and I find that helping others find loved ones and ancestors through this effort to be very theraputic. I am a housewife and my husband is now a minister for a local congregation. Ouyr daughter helps us find the gravesites as well.

Right now I am doing requested photos only and veterans so I can make sure they are honored for their service. I will take pictures of all surrounding markers within a family plot or near the requested photo. I will send you their names and dates and if you want them posted I will do so if you make a memorial and request a photo. I also try to take accurate notes of the grave location if I cannot get the plot number so if you want that info let me know and I will send it to you via message or email if you write me that way. We do not clean the markers with any agents using only a soft brush to get off grass and dirt. We do this to avoid any upset family members or custodians.

I look forward to helping you as much as I can.

Cecil Clayton Golden
I'm Beverly Moneypenny, the grandniece of Cecil Golden. He was my grand mothers brother. He lived his life in Harrison County, never married and Cecil owned and operated a dry cleaning business for several years in the area.
Hope this is the Cecil you wanted info on.

Clara Tetrick
Thanks for posting the pic of the grave for Clara Tetrick, unfortunately it is the wrong Clara. My Clara died in 2001. Who would have thought there would be two in the same cemetery. If you wouldn't mind removing the photograph from Clara (d. 2001, that would be great. Perhaps give the elder Clara, wife of James her own memorial. Thank You.

Cecil C. Golden Memorial
Do you have any further information on this man? I'm wondering if he is the son of William Porter Golden. The birthday that I have is very close, plus a sister is buried in the same cemetery.

Thanks for your help!

Sharon -
I just wanted to say thank you for the time and effort you spent in locating my dads memorial site. With his birthday later this month, it was important for me to get this.
Again, I appreciate your help!
Thanks,

Hi Sharon,

Thank you filling my photo request. It is a great photo.

My condolences on the loss of your son and I hope you find this website a good way to remember and honor not only him but others who have served in the military.

Andrea

RE: McIntyre's
Sharon,
Thank you so much for taking the time to go to the cemeteries and take pictures of the McIntyre Family Graves. I have family in both cemeteries. It might be eaiser for you to post them and I will request the transfer. You don't know who much this means to me. John and Rachel McIntyre were killed in an Indain Masacare. I would like all the names and dates if it's not to much trouble. You just don't know how much this means. Thank You so much, Becky
