Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am retired in Boise, Idaho. I have loved spending time in cemeteries since I was a little girl. Helping people by exploring cemeteries and photographing grave markers for them is a dream retirement activity for me.

I walk the rows taking random photos when I am in a cemetery, and add the photos or the entire memorial to Findagrave if they are not in. I particularly concentrate on veterans (and their spouses), infants and children. I feel the veterans have earned the right to go to the front of the line. And I feel that since the babies and the children got so little on earth, at least I can give them some electronic "life".

I am always happy to add any information to a memorial I manage. Just send it. I am also delighted to add obituaries; just make sure that I have the correct attribution to add so the paper's copyright is respected.

If you find any errors of fact, date, relationship, or spelling on any of my memorials, please let me know. As a former professional proofreader, I KNOW that no one is perfect all the time, including me. I will fix it.

I will transfer management of memorials in line with the Findagrave guidelines, which specify relatives in a direct line. Specifically, they say: "Transfer requests should be for direct relatives within four generations. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Any non-direct relatives (aunts, uncles, cousins, etc) are not required to be transferred." Please do not ask.

THANK YOU SUE--I am glad you didn't copy and past the note I wrote. I REALLY messed that up. I knew I could count on you to edit and get the wording correct for me LOL. The parents did NOT go west. The list of mine that includes the folks from SW VA/NE TN continues to grow. THANX

Dear Sue Ann,
I appreciate the photograph and your detailed explanation about the burial area where for Carrie Sloper.

Carrie's first husband was Oliver Carpentier. Her second husband was Charles Sloper.

Carrie was the daughter of Samuel Smith and Anna Jeannot.

The memorial number for Carrie's father is

The memorial number for Carrie's mother is

If you would link Carrie to her parents and change her maiden name I would appreciate it very much. Or if you prefer feel free to transfer her to me. My member number is 46816116.

Sincerely,
Anita

You created the 2 subject memorials in Canyon Hill Cemetery. There are 2 duplicate memorials that were created after your memorials. You may want to have them merged so that the photos come over to your memorials.
