Grace Walker
Thanks so much for getting the photograph. We were checking to see if that Grace Walker might be linked to "George Hervey Bridgewood Walker" (1883-1918), one of the soldiers of the First World War that to this day has an unknown burial location. We know that at the time he attested in Canada he resided at 605 Florence Court W, Washington, DC. His Next of Kin was listed as his wife, Grace G. WALKER, of the same address. It is logical that he would be buried with his wife, particularly if she arranged for his burial first.

Do you recall if she was near other WALKER grave stones or markers? Any links would be of assistance, even details on Grace that might confirm the link.

RE: Congressional Cemetery
Nicholas Tastet is my 4x great-grandfather. Sarah Bowling Tastet and her children are his second wife's children and I would be glad to take all Tastets in Congressional! Is there any chance that you would know where Nicholas's first wife, Abigail Waldo Tastet and two small children could be buried? In our family history info, Nicholas buried his child in a public garden in about 1820. Thanks. Sharon Tastet Holdren.

The old archived records have him as "Cochran." I'm guessing there is some other source that says different? I notice he's in the same spot as Bessie Corcoran--wife? If you would share, I'd appreciate it.
