When I was in high school I needed to do a family pedigree for one of my class projects. To my surprise, almost no one in the family knew anything beyond their parents / grandparents when asking them questions. I thought that was ridiculous. From that point on my families genealogy has been my passion. And for the last 10 and a half years I have been contributing to this site, and from time to time go out and take photo requests that are in the area. It has become a part of my passion too.|
Please submit any additions or corrections to me under the "Edit" section on the memorial page of the person you are requesting. I will be happy to add any information and relationship links for you. Please read the Transfer Requirements
before requesting a transfer. Thanks! :)

Kandace-What a cool pair those two were. Thanks for sharing their story, it made finding their stones extra fun. On my way home I drove by third street to see where their Candy Shop would've been.

I thought you would like to know that the token you have placed for Marvin at the Gordonsville Cemetery is a duplicate. According to his death certificate, he is buried at the Dickens Cemetery in Elmwood and has a memorial there #71292722.

Thank you so much for taking the time to locate and photograph the memorial for me, greatly appreciated. I had put in requests several times over the years for him and was so pleased to finally have it fulfilled, Thanks! I hope you do not mind if I use the photo in my family tree, Thanks again and Cheers!

I was just looking for information on the web about VanTuyl's when I found this site. Carol is my aunt and I would like to correct something on the info. She and her husband Tom had two children, both boys. Their first child died of leukemia at the age of 3. If you would like any other info feel free to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thanks, Barbara
