I am a local historian/photographer and paranormal investigator in the Chicagoland area. I do a lot of research on cemeteries and historic places, hoping to give the locations, and the people involved, the credit and recognition they deserve. ~~ I would like to thank everyone who has left flowers, etc on my memorials. I am forever grateful. ~~|

Did you sense a presence at Clemmies grave? He was my paternal grandfathers first cousin. I always thought his tiny memorial was so sad, and I also talk to him when I visit New Bethel to check on my ancestors. Cyndi Arbuckle-Griggs

You have posted multiple duplicate memorials in Short Cemetery in Grundy County IL. Could you please delete them and add your photos to the existing sites?

Thanks so much for the transfer. And thanks for putting it on Findagrave, or I would never have known about it.

I noticed that you have posted the monument for Katie Miller but have the cemetery listed as unknown. I have looked this person up in our local newspaper and found that she was buried in Rose Hill cemetery. You can find it listed as Rosehill Elmwood Cemetery (Daviess County) KY. The obit. lists she was the widow of Edward Miller and surviving are to daughters, Mrs. J. E. Mickel & Mrs. M.A. Gordon and three sons- Bill (Evansville, Ind. James & John (Owensboro, KY. and one sister Mrs. Anna Wreath of Stanley, Ky.
