| Bio and Links | | I live in Southwest Virginia and have always been interested in history especially Civil War History. I have used the Find-A-Grave site for several years in researching and locating historic graves. I decided to Contribute when I discovered that several famous people were buried in the area and not included on the Find-A-Grave Site. I have also decided to contribute some of my relatives in hope that they will not be forgotten by future generations. John Syme wasn't a half brother of Col. Campbell. I believe he was a brother in law, having married the sister of William's wife. Could you please make the correction in the spirit of saving any confusion to family researchers?
I certainly appreciate the work you have done. Wm. was the brother of my 4 x gr grandmother, Ann Campbell Poston.
