NOTE: I am happy to transfer memorials to family members and/or friends so don't hesitate to ask!|
As I'm sending a number of you changes* for your pages, additions, etc., please know that I do thank you even if I don't send each of you a thank you - THANKS to you all. (*The changes I'm finding are in the "Variety Obituaries" series of books.)
Author of "The Stars of Hollywood Forever," "The Stars of Hollywood Forever: 1901-2006" and most recently "The Stars of Hollywood Forever - A Who's Who of Hollywood's Final Resting Place" and "The Stars of Hollywood Forever Revisited."
* A note from Find a Grave: Tony's book is highly recommended. Wonderfully detailed and accurate. I've been using it for years...and it's been updated by the author regularly!

|David Neller||RE: Nina Kneller (# 83637674)|
Many thanks for the transfer of Nina Kneller's Find A Grave page to my care. It was very considerate of you and will allow me to add further details as I discover them. Thanks also for permission to use your photo.
I have already added it to my tree with credit to you for taking it. I know you said don't bother, but I think it is important to give credit when it is due - particularly as it's almost certain that others will 'save' (ie.copy) the photo from my tree and will see that the original was taken by you.
I had not previously noted that you have a very low Find A Grave number, reflecting your 14 years of membership, and I think it is comendable that you retain the generous and sharing spirit first envisaged by those who conceived of the original Find A Grave site.
Best wishes and regards,
David (London, England)

Many thanks for taking the time and trouble to create a Find A Grave memorial page for Nina Kneller (1874-1914) who is buried at Angelus Rosedale Cemetery, Los Angeles.
I have further research to do but right now I believe that she was the spouse of Charles Kneller. When I have further dates and details to share I shall send you edits. In the meantime, I wonder if it will be OK you add your photo of her magnificant grave marker to my Ancestry family tree. I shall, of course, ensure that I credit you for having taken the photo and for giving me permission to use it.
Regards of the Season and Happy Graving in 2015.

I was visiting some of my family in Angeles Rosedale Cemetery (on Find A Grave) and was thrilled to find that you had posted a photo of the unmarked grave of Lillie M (Bradshaw) Whiteside. The way you marked the site with the black arrow is wonderful! Your work with Find A Grave is very much appreciated!!
With many thanks,

I was so surprised to see this memorial. He is the son of my husband's brother. He said it was a lot cleaner then the last tie he visited.
Thank you for photographing this. It is very difficult for us to get to that side of the country.

Please do the edits I have sent you so the links are right for her parents and husband so I can have her daughter Virginia attached and their grandchildren. You typed what I sent you but am still not able to link the family together.

|Shirley Walton||Incorrect death year|
Hi Mr TLS: I am so grateful for all your work in photographing grave sites. I want to let you know that you took a photo of my grandmother's stone that evidently has been ruined on the right side making the death year poorly visible. I have photos from when I was a child and the year is 1942, not 1947 as noted with your photo. I am living in another state, and have not visited this site for 15+ years. Again, thank you for all you do.

Thank you for the excellent photo.
May I please have permission to add the photo to FamilySearch.org
Thank you, Richard 47228671
