RE: Robinson Cemetery - Caress
I'd be happy to add the info if you would transfer the memorials to me. On one of my visits I'll also try to get up there and take some photos.

Robinson Cemetery - Caress
Rosa, I have researched most of the families buried there and documented the family linkages and maiden names. Martha Robinson was a Harper (husband's great aunt) and his grandmother was a Mollohan akin to those buried there. In addition my grandfather was the Corley postmaster and Guy Hudkins was the rural carrier until his death. Would you like me to send you my spreadsheet so that you might make updates?

RE: Campbell Cemetery, Calhoun Co., WV
Hi Rosa
I didnt mean for you to delete the photo, I've never seen a photo with the headstones standing.
I did find the article where you found the picture, thank you. When we were there in 2004, all the headstones were laying down. I know who one of those headstones in the picture belongs too, the other one was laying on the side with the person name on it & we couldn't lift it.
Hoping the visit cemetery next year, I live in Texas, so hoping to get better & more pictures.
If you know of anyone was has been to the cemetery prior to the headstones falling over, please let me know, hopefully they will have pictures or know the layout of the cemetery. Some were laying on side where writing is, or were hidden by the forest.

Thank you again

Heather

When did you visit this cemetery?
Your picture shows headstones standing.
When my family & I went there in 2004, all the headstones were laying over.
I am a direct decentant of Sida H. Campbell & Christina J. Luzader. John & Sida are brothers.
John died Oct. 21, 1930 in Barbour Co., WV.
So Im not sure if its him or their father, who has the same name, that is buried there.

Thank you

Tressie Dove Paxton Kirby
Your bio's say that Tressie and her husband had no children, but I believe they had 1 that died at or near birth. The baby[a girl] is only listed as Baby Kirby - no first name. She is buried in Paxton Cemetery in Clay Co. It appears to be a small cemetery probably on an old farm as only 13 are buried there and they are all related to Tressie. Her parents are there and some sibblings and their children. There may be 1 boggy listing. I'm not sure if the list below is a complete listing, but am assuming it is.

The cemetery list on findagrave is at http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gsr&GScid=1976434

I was at the cemetery yester and have a picture of her marker to post. But you have her in the wrong Estep cemetery. Please edit her cemetery location. It is not the G. W. Estep cemetery but the Estep Cemetery, Boone County.
