Bio and Links
Bio Photo My heritage stems mostly from the Ohio/Hardin/Logan/Muhlenberg Co. KY area and the Warrick/Boonville/Newburgh area of IN.

Our family came to the U.S. from England and settled in the areas of Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, and North/South Carolina. When the original 21 families came to settle in Ohio County, this brought some of our ancestors from the east.

I am interested in finding family members from my husband's heritage including James/Long/Johnson/Rogers/Crittenden/Templeton/
Thompson. They are primarily from the Ohio/Logan/Muhlenberg area of KY.

I am interested in finding family members from my Dad's side including Addington/Purdue/Thompson/Work/Swab/Coffee/
Pigman/Severs/Kimbley/Williams/Dickerson/Hudson. They settled mainly in Ohio Co. KY and the Warrick Co area of IN.

I am interested in finding family members from my mother's side including Nacke/Richardson/Noe/Wooldridge/Nichols/Martin/
Matthews. The Nacke family is from Ehrson Germany along the Rhine River. This ancestry is well documented and fairly complete. The members of the other clans are mainly from Hardin/Grayson/Ohio counties.

I am currently trying to add photos and memorials of family members. I am asking anyone who wants to use my photos to get my permission first please. FYI from Find-A-Grave..."The copyright of all photos posted to Find A Grave remains with the original submitter. No use of photos for any other website or personal use is permitted without the prior consent of the original submitter."

Thank you to all the generous folks who have posted memorials, photos, and taken photos for me.

RE: Lawson Cemetery
I know approximately where its at. The cemetery books at the library don't have many stones listed. I've drove by where I think it may be and haven't seen any stones from the road. Its south of of Meeting Creek road about 1/2 mile east of where Richardson Road meets it.

RE: J Pence and Julie Louise Nacke Pence
I'm trying to find family lines of an adoptee that approached me on If they were adopted that rules them out. I'm looking for Hart and Pence lines.

I've been puzzling over Joseph Randale's parents for some time. He was adopted too, by Joseph Reynolds Pence and Rutha Ellen Young, so one of his birth parents must have died when he was young.

RE: Link to Meade Co. Richardsons
As far as I know there isn't a link. There's four different lines (maybe five) in the Hardin/Grayson area.

Do you know any of the children of Joseph Pence and Louise Nacke?

RE: Thank You!
I live in Paris and have for several years. I'm retired and enjoying it much. The ancestors on my father's side of the family emigrated from Germany & Austria. Initial surname spelled Rhineschmidt; however, the current spelling in Germany is Reinschmidt. I have found it spelled 15-20 different ways. So, what's in a name. Have a great day and happy hunting.

RE: IVA & Wilbur Perry
My pleasure in taking the photos. Did you notice that near bottom of their tombstone is following inscription: Fann Kash (then appears to be a music note)1927-2004.
If you do a memorial, let me know & I'll upload an appropriate photo.

RE: Rudes
Sorry, I don't know anything else about the Rude family. Have you contacted the Clinton County Public Library? They have a large genealogy section, and would know people who might be willing to look things up for you!
